Very poor service,. When I travelled from patel travels I expect bus will be on time but it didn't. Second in my compartment ac duct is leacked and feeling too much cold winds and when I complained about it then driver and cleaner didn't respond about it and last they drop us to our destination 2 hours late because of slowly driving of bus I not recommended patel travels as best traveling source

Very very poor condition of seats in the bus. Not at all recommended in any given situation. Would suggest Falcon and Chartered for neat & clean buses and good experience.. problem is bcoz driver and conductor gives seats to anyone on road.. And it is clearly seen that they never give seat covers for wash..

worst tracel agency ever theyll cancle your bus at end moment and make you adjust at another bus with uncomfortable seat (without paying you back) some of their bus intentionally shown in their app if it dont get full they will start adjusting all the passangeres to another lover grade bus

Very bad experience...buses are nice but driver waits for 1 passenger to come for 1 hour or more it results in journey which is supposed to be 6 or 7 hours turned into 8 to 9 hour journey i recommend other travels

Very bad experience in last 2 journey. Buses not on time, ac not working properly, buses is faulty in mid journey. Office person and divers are not taking responsibility to reached on destination on time. There is no value for customers time. Please don't vest your money. Don't try to fool public. I am contact to your customer care number and getting very nice answer as phone cut by your executive. Very nice service.

Very very bad experience. Mini bus from airport condition is bad and no AC and no decency with driver. No time maintenance. Bus from Ahmedabad to Jamnagar condition just worst, old and dirty linen inside. Driver looking like a truck driver, no uniform and uncivilized. Stopping at everywhere to get road side passengers. There was bus change at Rajkot, it arrived early morning one-hour late at Jamnagar. My journey experience was just horrible.

Extremely poor service. The changes the bus at last moment. you will not get your desired seat even if you book online!!! The seats are very dirty. The windows are not properly closing so you will feel cold waves if you travel in winter. Government should take action against them.

While booking journey from Pune to Rajkot it was mentioned CROSSOVER. Since I have booked AC sleeper bus I was supposed to get seat in AC sleeper from Ahmedabad crossover but instead they are providing AC seater bus. On top of this one passenger was allowed duplicate seat at Ahmedabad crossover. They are charging for sleeper bus & providing seater bus for 1/4 journey. All passengers are getting cheated by Patel travels. I hope they will correct their mistake & avoid inconvenience to passengers.

Very very poor service,bus timing from ahmedabad is 1930 they operate same bus at time 2215 without any notification,when ask to office on call they simply say my bus my timing,you can't do anything,if any problem you go with other bus service,very poor service and unhygienic condition of bus,please never book and travel with patel tour and travel,use another ramkarupa,sudama travel etc than compare this,i repeat again please do not make booking with this
