Insanely frustrating, just like this company. Nothing but constant errors. Useless & can't even log in. Just like this lot, the app is nothing but a constant headache & a test of your sanity. I agree with other users, if you don't already have a loan with this lot, do yourself a favour & run away now.

I also am having the same issue. Trying to uninstall and reinstall as Im having to use a desktop each time to login with the app not allowing me. This is because I set it up to use fingerprint login but after set up the fingerprint access doesn't appear and it won't allow you to submit the normal username and password

Cannot even login. Once login pressed animation shows its trying to login, but then gives up in a few seconds. No error massage or anything, just doesn't work.

Haven't been able to upload files. Returns an error message. Have had to use the website for this. Fine for communication.
