    Unable to login to the app. There are all kinds of bugs. Was not able to reset my password. Told me the user name and phone did not match. Called customer to generate a new password and still was not able to access my account through the app. This sucks, if i could have selected zero stars I would have!!!!!

    Why am I getting an error code stating " application error" unable to display your information. Please try again later.? I need to see my balance asap & cant please FIX NOW. P.S until this issue, I have had no other issues w/the app OR this bank. BUT due to the severity of the issue I have to give 1 star. Prior to this, I would've given 5 stars hands down.

    I think that you need a team to walk your customers through this process. Customer service at this point with this app sucks. This is my 2nd time coming bacome in back to OneUnited bank. There is no instructions in place to tell you how to get through the app how to deposit any money and in the app and it's very frustrating. And when you call in to speak with the supervisor you can hang that 1 up because the customer service raps will not let you speak to anyone and they get you off the phone.

    Okay, the app itself is a good one. I like it. The problem is that now I can't get to it. In the time it takes for the app to sign me in I can log into my account by way of Google Chrome as well as signing in and out of my other bank account. Whatever this new update is, maybe I should have skipped it.

    It has been very difficult to make deposits because the app is too sensitive to movement. It takes me almost 30 minutes to make a deposit. At times I almost closed my account out of frustration.

    Many options but I have to log in and out each time and I'm not sure which card is which, for me it's better to talk to a live person to walk me through the process on a mobile phone just speaking on my experience aside from that I'm glad to be a part of the movement.I think useing a Laptop or PC makes this platform more accessible or I believe a better experience.One more thing the system does not seem to recognize if the applicant or member is a card carrier.

    In the beginning there was an error when logging in. In which you would have to call and you speak to a human. The app has now upgraded to where I can access my account much better. Also, I would like to know when will the next Financial literacy class will happen? This app is excellent.

    I can't login anymore. The screen just blinks really fast when I attempt to login. It was great before.

    It never wants to work. When logging in, the cursor just spins and then it tells me I've been timed out due to inactivity. I'm constantly having problems with this app.

    Unbelievable that this bank puts a limit on daily DEPOSITS for online accounts. Also, cannot see my beneficiary in the app or online. I'm trying to be patient with this Black Bank, but you are making it so difficult. Good thing I have primary bank accounts elsewhere.
