How to install NVS Viewer v1.20 on Android 8.0 Oreo+

- Grab jp.co.kingtsushin.nvs_viewer_114.apk — hit the Download button above (2.5 MB). If your browser warns about APK files, choose Keep or Download anyway — that warning fires on every APK, not just this one.
