How to install NVS Viewer v1.10 on Android 8.0 Oreo+

- Grab jp.co.kingtsushin.nvs_viewer_112.apk — hit the Download button above (1.3 MB). If your browser warns about APK files, choose Keep or Download anyway — that warning fires on every APK, not just this one.
