Rewording this for clarity. In a plot item, you can create a text box, but you cannot add that text box directly into the organization section. This makes nonlinear writing more difficult because it means you can only do the writing in one column as opposed to several parallel columns. For example, I want to be able to write a character introduction or item description in a plot box and directly add it into the story, but that isn't possible.

The very best tools for an author to explore, control. organize & backup UPDATE: change back to original 5 stars since the developer responded to my question here in the review. Is a good program, but the problem is is there's really no manual that shows you tutorials. Thank you Alessandro for responding to me. Once again, this is a great program for a writer because it allows you privacy, you don't have to upload your novel the cloud services where someone can read it without your approval.

Great app just make sure you save what you've done somewhere else if you're getting a new phone etc. Unfortunately I assumed everything I wrote would be saved the way it is with other apps, and that I could just pick up where I left off after getting a new phone and transferring my data over. This wasn't the case and now I have to start completely over which is really disappointing. Other than that this app is really helpful.

This app is amazing. It's completely free and well organized. I'm an aspiring/first time writer and I searched for an app that explicitly said in the terms and conditions that my content was protected. 10/10 if you're just starting out or have been writing for a while this app is a great tool.

The app is perfect for writing It takes care of everything for you. I can keep track of items, locations, characters, sections of my book, my progress in everything and even notes The buttons for undo and redo suck: Undo can go back several minutes and redo just doesn't work. The automatic backup with Google drive just doesn't work for me I would prefer an option for the sections in organised to be collapsed by default or not I use only dark mode but the blue of the normal app feels strange

The app is functionally intact, but not secure from the angle of personal security, the developer should add at least three security layers, e.g password, login authentication, two step verification, notification about traffic load etc. Neverthless, it was thoughtfully planned sectionally, however, files storage, file sharing and file transfer inter devices or intra device are features of the app the developer needs to develop further, I had in mind to create similar but complex plan with paper

(2) last update was 2020, looking forward since dev rewriting new version BETA CHANNEL ONLY FOR NOW (3) very useful, i hope it will be more interactive guide for new user (4) it motivate me to write as i understand the structure (*) verdict: uninstall for now, revisit someday if anything new, 3 stars since dev care enough to reply

I recently downloaded this app, and so far so good! Theres sections for character development and different scenes you can write as well as places to add character photos and notes throughout your novel! I haven't explored all of the setting yet, but it is very nicely laid out and you can have multiple books easily. This is the coolest free app I've ever downloaded. It doesn't bother me that you can't 'share to a cloud' I copy my writings into my email and mail it to myself. Super easy =)

This app is really underrated considering how much you can do with it. It's got basically every element you'd need to make a story, book or novel. It's as complex as you want it to be. That gives enough flexibility for writers who love complexity when creating their books and writers like me who like to keep things nice and simple. It's a great app.

It is an amazing app but the one thing that doesn't work is the writing on web feature (this was something I heavily relied on). It doesn't load my works. Some new features that would be nice added would be pressing and holding to displace then move it to infront another book or something. Maybe even elaborating on that and being able to make folders with multiple books in it. Or a hiding feature. If it had these things (and fixed the issue) I would one hundred percent give this app five stars!
