I love this app so much more than the stock outlook app. I use it for both business and personal but I am able to easily keep the two profiles separate from each other. I do have an issue that emails that go folders dont show up in the notifications and I have to check the folders manually. I found a way to change that setting, but even after I changed the settings, it only worked for a few days and then stopped again. Otherwise, it's great app for consolidating all your emails in one place.

  2. Joey Macc-avatar

pro apk When you receive an email the main app has the usual red dot with the number 1 next to it. But when you go in to the app, and I have multiple email accounts (4-5), the email account that received the email does not show up with a dot or any notification. So to find the new email I need to go through all of my accounts to see which one received the email. Also if you purchase the app via the in app purchase does this mean that if you get a new phone you need to purchase the app again??

  3. A C-avatar

apk Does what it says on the tin and well. UI/UX can gain more clarity over time, particularly the calendar. Difficult to fault it past that detail. Worth the price and I hope the developer uses the revenue wisely to progress what is already a fantastic app. Keep up the good work. 😎 UPDATE!! - For some time new messages do not show up in push notifications nor does the inbox update new messages as they come per the schedule chosen. I have checked for battery optimization for blocks and nada.

nine email calendar shortcut Have already 48 hours and works great(S10 with exchange). I used Gmail client connected with exchange and is very very basic with very low possibility of customizations; also there were few bugs. Still keep Gmail for Google email. Replaced Gmail client with Bluemail, was apparently ok but after sending two empty emails, removed the app, it's very buggy. Now with Nine, see real improvement, not only in the interfaces but also active sync under different networks works pretty good.

  5. Rob Little-avatar

ios I really like this, but didn't find it until after I'd paid for another app (Aquamail). After having some issues with Aquamail, I decided to switch to this. During the two week trial, I found a consistent problem with attachments, that doesn't happen with other apps. I logged a report, but haven't had a single reply in the weeks since I logged it. Unfortunately, the trial expired, and unlike other apps, that locks you out completely. I decided to pay for it anyway despite knowing I had an issue that was a blocked for me, but I'm concerned that there seems to be no support whatsoever...

  6. A Murray-avatar

nine email & calendar pro The problem with this app is you can't change the start folder. This is an option in Settings, but every time I change the start folder to Inbox it doesn't work. I've told the developer and they've said there is no fix for this, so instead I see all the old messages I've read and sent, and I have to change over to the Inbox every single time I open it. This was the case for my previous phone and previous Android versions as well. Why is there no fix??!!

  7. Henry Ung-avatar

nine email google calendar One of the best email apps or Android app in general. I recommend this to all my friends. I'm cheap and never pay for apps. With this app, I paid for it and is worth it! Fast, seemless, smooth and can do full HTML emails like outlook. My colleagues think I'm replying from my laptop using outlook when I write emails using Nine. It's that good!

  8. Andrew Newman-avatar

nine email gmail calendar Hi There love the app I am trying to find a calendar app that syncs attachments in the Calendar entry... I am using zimbra and I am having difficulty finding an app which does this...I like your app and hope that it supports this function... perhaps I am doing something wrong ??? If it does this I will buy the app and give you 5 stars ! Kind regards Andy

  9. A Google user-avatar

At first it worked then not tried some things found an button to resync everything and then it worked like an charm perfect After that I sended my logs to the developer looks like good support Thanks for that Update 01-05-2020 The last few months one mailbox is not syncing as it should only thing what helps is an complete sync the other mailboxes on the same server and the same protocol exchange does not have this problem Mailbox size is 1.6GB and 6000 emails Should this be an problem??

  10. M D-avatar

Wow I'm really liking this app so far. I am looking for something with the customization of Aqua Mail, and this comes somewhat close. Plus the price is WAY more reasonable than Aqua. I love that I can make the calendar fonts super tiny. I have a large phone and want to see as much as possible in one view. I'm not a big fan of the avatar circles next to each email message. I wish that could be swapped out for a smaller checkmark box. Regardless, I'm likely buying this before my trial period ends.

  11. Elina Birova-avatar

Overall very satisfied with the app does what it says and is stable - I don't remember it ever crashing on my phone. I am taking a star because it lacks fingerprint function to unlock the app and entering every time the pin is inconvenient if you are checking mail frequently.

  12. Clear Cache-avatar

My Main Email App! I've been using Nine since I ran into issues with the built in email client and the Outlook app back in 2015/2016. I haven't had no issues with this app besides the occasional password updates that got to be entered manually, but thats it not major problem. Other than that I use it all the time on both of my phones. Thumbs up for this one.

  13. Noel Toh-avatar

I use this app for normal emails on a day to day usage. To me, doesn't do anything special for its price, it's just the most stable and reliable email client there is. It is so reliable I've stopped checking my emails on my computer and only just my computer if the replies are going to be long.

  14. Renat Shayan-avatar

The mail management part is perfect. I literally see no any better option for that part. The calendar part of the app is awful - no support for Google calendar on Android app? Seriously, for $15? It's been about two years now since CalDAV support was requested. The feature is still not implemented and the app still has 'Calendar' part in its name.

  15. Marty List-avatar

I like it, I've been using it for years, great features. It was crashing weekly, I emailed logs & the reply was quick, suggested things to try but completely ignored that the app should never crash. v4.7.1b was better so I'll add a star & update to 4.7.1d, but simple/common actions like opening a message or deleting one causes the app to disappear. And why does it require 3 taps to open an attachment, I have to read about 10 logs a day so that's 30 taps a day, 900 taps a month, why???

  16. Viren Tewani-avatar

A recent update wiped all my outlook account settings and drafts. Was working fine until then but this problem caused total havoc as an important draft was deleted and I had to waste time setting the app widgets up again - or at least try to. Unfortunately, this update has made the minimum email widget sizes far too big in the stock Android launcher, making the app unusable for its primary purpose (displaying "Live Tile" like information). It seems to shrink fine in other launchers, though.

  17. Rubens Furbetta-avatar

    Rubens Furbetta

UPDATE: Dev acted quickly and even before I send the logs solved the crash issue in version 4.72, thanks. But I still miss the "To AND Cc" filtering criteria which would spare me from seeing hundreds of emails from corporate mailing lists I have to subscribe to, thus allowing me to read firstly the ones specifically directed to me.

  18. Diego Martinez-avatar

The last week started to see serious problems, my Hotmail stopped syncing, would not show any errors simply would not be able to retrieve new email. Deleted the account and added again, this fixed it fya few hours but then went back to bad state. Then a day later my O365 account stopped syncing. I cannot work without email, had to switch to Outlook app, they better fix this or refund all customers!😤

  19. Josh Rehm-avatar

Works well; better than the Outlook app. However, it doesn't seem to support filtering by category in the calendar widget, making it completely useless for me. All I can see in the widget is a quick status meeting that happens every morning. Documentation on their website is bare bones and doesn't even cover the widgets.

  20. Alex Vozny-avatar

If you could add Gmail's is:important filter, you would be the best email app! Shows native Gmail labels, lots of interface customizations (swipes and action buttons), filters and sorting. I am surprised this app is impossible to find on Play Store using "email" search.

  21. Chris Anthony-avatar

Vantastic app but needs the ability to backup accounts with an encrypted file. Has great Gmail integration with labels and importing signatures like no other app can do. Needs Gmail calendar integration and Google keep integration for notes.. Has better integration with office 365 then with other accounts but would like to be able to sync office 365 signatures like what can be done with Gmail.

  22. Darren C-avatar

Best Exchange client. Fast, huge number 9f options and configuration options. Exchange GAB (global address book) support is great in and of itself but but it's even more useful since other apps on your phone can now pull info from the GAB (if configured to do so). Exchange mobile device management from the Exchange host can be sandboxed to only include the email client. Remote wiping and similar requests from the server admin would only impact the client rather than the entire device.

  23. Spencer Anspach-avatar

    Spencer Anspach

I want to like this app. When it works, it is one of the best apps on my phone and it is essential to my work. But then an update will come along and wipe out everything. I vow I will leave all the defaults and not customize anything, but I slowly edit settings, add tweaks to which folders get synced, flag important senders for alerts, etc. Over a course of months I get everything set up beautifully and I love it again and then, BOOM, another update wipes it all out.

  24. T H-avatar

KEEP YOUR $15. After "sending them logs" three times, I have yet to receive any assistance from their overseas help, only more emailed requests for logs. Obvious that multiple individuals there are not communicating with each other. Accounts unsync for no reason losing all settings, email will not automatically sync without being forced, interface is absurd to navigate. TERRIBLE IN EVERY WAY.

  25. Christina Wolf-avatar

Do not recommend! The app errors out all the time. If you send an error report you get back a completely illegible message from someone somewhere that tells you to disable your battery saver settings. I have Nine exempt from every single one of the battery saver settings on my phone and it still gives me the internal error multiple times a day. The only way to refresh my email at that point is to completely restart my phone. Sometimes that works. Uninstalling. Do not recommend.

  26. Dmitry Norenko-avatar

    1) sorting in conversation. Would be great if you could add reverse option. So that new emails are reflected on the top 2) groups avatar. If there is a thread with lots of people, fragment the group avatar the way it is visible. Like aquamail does (it was a great app, now it is awful but they give an option to see in inbox that there is a group thread) 3) notifications are not immediate. 5 minutes update is not enough. Bluemail updates immodeately after with each new email delivered to the serv

I am not keen on signing up for FeedBear just to provide feedback so I am logging it here. "Add to Calendar" Option in Other Apps I was recently using EventBrite, a popular event listing and registration app in the U.S. An option to "add to calendar" is available. Unfortunately, Nine is not listed as one of the options. Seems like a worthy app enhancement, although please let me know if there is a setting that I can modify on my phone that will "register" Nine.

  28. Akhil Kommuru-avatar

Why am I not able to add any of my emails? It just keeps making me retry even though all my details are correct? What is happening? (edit) Many hours later; it started working out of nowhere, I am now enjoying the app. But I will send you the logs to analyse for future purposes. Again, I hope this is not a Galaxy S9 (exynos) issue.

  29. Mark H-avatar

Really like the app, but I have one annoying issue that keeps reoccurring that may prevent me from buying the app at the end of the trial as its a big issue for me! For some reason the 'sync' option keeps turning itself off. *UPDATE*: Strangely this happened in the native samsung email app at the same time but didn't realise. May be my phone. Not happened since original review so will keep an eye on it and email the logs if it happens again. Since bought a licence and love it!

  30. kyle contorno-avatar

I echo the positive feedback others have commented on. This is one of the few apps I have paid for and it works incredibly well for my work emails. Fast efficient, great ui and even works well with MFA via office. I did a video on YouTube recommending this app especially for business (best email app 2020 by Haxortech)

  31. Nel Laurente-avatar

This is a very good app. If you can add additional step to make the fonts on the email list bigger, then that would be great. And if possible add calendar reading on local android calendar storage so I can see my google calendar in widget.

  32. Fernando Javier Felpeto-avatar

    Fernando Javier Felpeto

So far so good, its kinda sad that it used to be 9.99 dls and now it is almost 15 dls. 15 is a lot for some ppl. So, this app keeps giving. I still think 15dls is a lot to ask, but to be fair it its a lot to me bcos in my country i would have to pay an extra 30% since the apps price is in dollars and in Argentina inflation is huge.

  33. mabdulraheems-avatar

Awesome app crafted for perfection, text removal while forwarding/ replying is super , unlimited customisation options. conversation view for the latest ones to be on top , awesome widget for calender dark theme, swipe options and it goes on and on , market this app well and keep updating to keep users active, personal email in use on trial will transfer official mail on this also as the calender widget exist on it. It's a perfect alternative to BB users .

I have tried quite a lot mail clients, even i do not remember their name. But Nine is best in my experience. So few clients integrate with my organization email automatically. You can search contact via contact app. In app email search is best. UX is highly targeted.

  35. Mr. Bud-avatar

Was working very well, but now will no longer send out mail from my Galaxy S10. I have checked settings and passwords, and incoming mail works fine, but no outgoing mail. I'd be careful before I relied on this program.

  36. Josef H.-avatar

Messages aren't clipped like it is in the Gmail app so it looks unclean and kind of outdated, but other than that it's a brilliant and reliable app with lots of options. I'm just not sure if it's worth the money they're asking.

Very good app, I've been using it happily for years. One issue I have: the email composer is only in light mode, even if I activate the dark mode. Why is it so? Edit: ok, the normal text editor works perfectly in dark mode. Thanks!

  38. jackson ombati-avatar

Top email app. A must have for personal and business users. Thanks team Nine! Please work on gmail calendar issue (app does not seem to recognize or open calendar invites) and I will give it a 5 star.

  39. Jill Tweedie-avatar

Some challenges during purchasing but now that I have it I love it! I do have some issues with it stay logged into my Office 365. Always able to go back in and enter credentials but Annoying having to do so over and over again.

  40. Mort Mortimer-avatar

Works well with exchange servers, unlike Google's Gmail app. I'm very happy about finding this app, as i no longer have any problems accessing mails, contacts or calendars.

EDIT: Still love this app! Resolved my issue with assistance from dev 😊 Love the app! One thing I would also like is to disable the in-app browser. Is this possible with the current version? If not then please make this possible. A lot of apps have this functionality.

  42. Vishal Prabhu-avatar

Very good, reliable and stable Only Negative even if you buy the app there are many Cons. I have shared the details couple of months ago in Nov 2019 and the response was that because i have changed country and organisation. I need to purchase a new license

Such a great app. It works very well on a ChromeOS Pixel Slate and is full of useful features. The newly added auto conversion of HEIC to jpeg is a real timesaver for those of us using iPhones. Thanks!

Wow, just wow! I've been using the Outlook app for ages and Nine is leagues ahead in terms of functionality and ease of use- keep up the good work team!

  45. Hiren Modi-avatar

Wonderful app... I can have all Outlook functions here in one place and syncs with Outlook completely... All my tasks, emails, contacts, calander and notes in one place and syncs perfect work Outlook... Even faster than Outlook for mobile

It costs $15 but I can only get it to sync every 15 minutes and I can't integrate my Gmail calendar. No can do.

We're using exchange at work and this is the best email client I've ever used. Keep up the good work! Just the simple resize pic before emailing saves me so much time!

  49. Arthuro Panzer-avatar

It's simply the best ...and I tried lots of them. Perfect customization , very clear Layout, straightforward !

  50. Mike Jaynes-avatar

Drop to one star. Never seen an app handle notifications so poorly. There has always been buggy behavior with them over different phones, Android versions, and multiple app updates. Apparently need to re-write notification code from scratch.

  51. Shon Smyth-avatar

Awesome features and control. Best support! Sent an error log. They responded in less than a day with a detailed solution.

This is by far the worst mailing up I have used, after compiling an email and having the top two recipients address is wrong it did not want to edit the address is I had to delete all the recipients to rectify the top two ones, I had to send a mail to 120 recipients....😠😠😠

  53. Sarig Zur-avatar

Good app. Using it for 4 years. Very intutive and good synchronization to MS exchage. I gave it only 4 stars because its missing google calander synchronization

Works well, but finally not worth the - in my opinion - high Charge when compared with stock mail app. Uninstalling now after try but can recommend to anyone having trouble using default mail app.

  56. Chris Allen-avatar

Great email and calendar client for Exchange. Let's you apply security settings at all level rather than device level which is a major bonus.

  57. Nicholas Slee-avatar

It works, the GUI is great, simple, fast and a delight to use daily. Thank you.

  58. Donald D-avatar

There are missing features compared to Outlook app, but that outweighs all the features it has that Outlook doesn't have. I wish it has everything.

  59. Woodie Bowe-avatar

Nine works great with OnPremise Exchange... More importantly I like the way it functions. The calendar is good and the customization options make it far superior to Outlook of the built in Samsung Mail client

Absolutely the best e-mail app on store. But price is little over what I consider normal for a smartphone app price.

    1. Delete from notification doesn't work. 2. Raise a bug doesn't work. Just shows me the logs then boots me out.

  89. Junaid Rafiq-avatar

Best app overall, kept using for almost 3 years. however my company just switched to MDM and can't use this app anymore. Is there a workaround to that ?

  90. AnarkZ-avatar

Great app. Please consider adding a "snooze" feature similar to gmail.

  91. Jorge Lanza-avatar

Your mail under your control. It allows me to get rid of any big companies applications and have everything locally stored.

  92. Daniel Saks-avatar

Used to love it till I migrated my emails to Exchange. Now it simply doesn't sync until I open the app, not all emails are shown in the All Mail combined screen. I now keep missing emails. Support had been very responsive to various issues in the past. After several email exchanges about this problem though, they're simply ignoring my repeated requests for them to address this issue. Such a pity. There just aren't any reliable email clients out there. And no way am I going to instrusive Gmail.

This App is good. But, if you have Xiaomi devices, this App won't work in those. Please Don't buy. Below is the mail from Customer Support. [Installed on Redmi Note8 Pro]. "According to the log, your VIP notifications are working normally. but Xiaomi phone has old known bugs on their phone itself related to the vibration. [Logs... Logs.. Logs... .... ] Other apps would haven't had any problems because they only use the functions provided by the System. However, Nine also have been providing features not available in the system. For example, we are providing something like Vibrate Patterns. For this reason, we have had to use special methods, but this function has been appearing the problem only in Xiaomi. I think it seems that a policy decision is necessary for this issue. It's a matter of whether to eliminate special features only for Xiaomi users or to leave this bug occurring in only the Xiaomi phones. I think providing an option for Xiaomi is not a solution. I'm sorry, but I think it will be difficult to support this problem right now. We ask for your understanding regarding this matter." Hmm...unfortunately i have to understand this not them. I wonder one thing here. when you are charging for this app, why you are not fixing the problems of customers?

  94. Ryan Wethern-avatar

Don't download unless you want to pay $15 to keep using it.

  95. pradeep vasan-avatar

My mail box stopped receiving mail with internal error . 1 day without any emails in my phone

  96. Ken Bayliss-avatar

Excellent app - provides expansive set of features for a mobile email app, on part with features at it desktop Outlook. Much more stable and much faster than mobile Outlook. I love it, and recommend it to everyone who needs a full featured email app.

  97. Eugen Stolin-avatar

It took me way too long to find this app. It needs to be first up there when you search for an email client. The fact that they don't collect any data but just provide a good client where I can connect to Gmail, 4 different IMAP accounts and exchange server is enough for 5 stars. Of course some functionalities can be improved, for example "coversation view" but it's just minor things.

I rarely post public reviews or comments but I wish I could give this app six or more stars. I'm hoping that they will release a Windows version so that I don't have to use Outlook...

  99. Sarah Brewster-avatar

I loved using this app, especially over MS's Outlook app. However, my organization is now using Duo to verify logins, and Nine has to validate with Duo over and over again. It's just too much of a pain for me to keep using Nine.

So I've been super unhappy with the stock mail app (Gmail) on my pixel 3, tried lots of email apps, all messed up calenders or didn't notify of emails etc...storing my details on their servers etc...but this app has performed flawless. I cannot recommend it enough.
