Reviews From google play store

Changing my review from 5⭐ to 1! When I create an event in Google calendar and I update the notes in Bluemail calendar, the event becomes doubled! When I update again, it becomes tripled and so on! And when I delete the duplicate, all are deleted! It's all or nothing! It's very annoying because this event is important and I can't have multiples of the same event!!!

Used this app for a long time with my Galaxy S6 and was very pleased. When I updated to a Galaxy S9+, I could never get the notification sounds to work, despite repeated communications with the developers. I tried everything they suggested and more. I reluctantly replaced my email app with MyMail, which is not quite as good but the sounds work. Maybe someday notification sounds will work with BlueMail on my phone. Mirabile dictu! Latest update now has fully functional notification sounds (10/19)

I have had too many problems with this app. For many weeks now (and over many updates), there has been a bug. If an email has an internal html link to another part of the email, and you tap the link, the body of the email goes blank, as if the text is white on white background. The scrollbar moves but the text is invisible. Most of my emails have these links and BlueMail is now quite useless for me. BlueMail support does not answer my emails.

Great replacement for Outlook. The ability to quickly locate the folder I want to file the email in, sets it above the competing products. It used to show the keyboard automatically when going to file an email which doesn't work anymore but just means I have to tap in the search bar, so not that big a deal.

I love this app because it's easy to use and generally just one of the must haves for me as I have multiple email accounts in one place. However it's been extremely buggy recently to the point of receiving failed notices, not synching and staying stuck from some weeks back in Unified. Please fix this devs! (I'll change my score to be higher once I see the problems addressed)

Tons of great features. More than most eMail clients you pay for. Great layout, very sensible. The only small downfall is when you test all the features to your liking, after viewing your change, if you do not like it, you have to keep finding your way back through all the settings to try a new one. It does not take you back to where you left off. I suggest taking the time and setting everything up at once. It will be worth it.

Good but not great, since the demise of Google inbox blue mail has been the best client I've found behind Gmail. It works well enough, but the search only works from app launch after that it won't return results without going back to the "home" area, and there are a few other buggy behaviors like that. Overall best out there for those of us that like using multiple email clients.

Hands down, honestly, this is easily the BEST mutiple account/all-in-one email client solution I have EVER used! It is insanely EASY to set up each inbox and then accessing ALL your email from each provider (Yahoo, Gmail, any source!) is ridiculously CONVENIENT which helps me remain EFFICIENT and FOCUSED throughout the day STRESS FREE and CONFIDENT! So SWIFT and HELPFUL! Rating: 10 STARS! ★★★★★★★★★★

Some important emails are being sent to spam folder! I didn't realize because I barely check my spam folder and recent email take long to appear, like others has said what happened to this use to be good email app. Put my star down to 2 because since update it got worse the program keeps crashing new emails don't even show.

Amazing email app but it took me an hour to configure settings and preferences to my liking. This app should have a backup and restore feature for settings because it's going to be a nightmare setting it up all over again next time I wipe my phone. It's a wonderful app though.

great app,i recommend this to those phones that cant handle email porting properly.i editing my review to say this is excellent app.i do have one problem, if one has thick fingers and a screen phone you might have problem with swiping the menu from left to right, it's not a big deal but as I said that's if your have real big fat Great app and I recommend this at your goto email app cause the standard app that comes with your phone will not be as satisfying as this.,and no adware

Slow to bring out attachments on the inbox side but otherwise fine! Perhaps, I need to be more app literate to understand the features but most important to me is KISS! Too many apps becomes overly complicated. This email app fairly simple but I don't care for all the features.

Problem with yahoo mail sync again started. The sent mails from the app are not syncing on yahoo server since last update. Mails sent from yahoo Web portal syncs in sent folder on app so don't think it's yahoo issue. Pls resolve as the issue is in sent folder which times go unnoticed and we are loosing mail records.

I liked this app, but bugs have gotten worse over time. Emails often won't display the message and are just continually "downloading". Same with attachments. I often end up having to use something else to view my emails.

Decent product. Still lacking capability. It touts its clustering capabilities, but doesn't give the user the ability to create clusters. Get this capability added in and it'll be a much more solid product. As a replacement email app for Android, it works really well.

A no fuss way to pull together all your email accounts in a unified inbox. Have been using for several years daily on phone and tablet and found it very reliable. Don't use it for contacts or calendar so won't rate those features.

Exactly as customisable as I wanted; perfect for all my email needs. Features I particularly like, are auto bcc, separate inboxes as well as unified inbox, colour coding, blocking senders, domains and TLDs, option of both POP and IMAP, manual connection settings.

I'm not a power user, so I can't speak on the bells and whistles of Blue Mail, but it's been great for me since I first started using it a couple of years ago. I can't recall it ever once crashing or otherwise screwing up. I think it's excellent.

I've used this app before and then for some reason changed to another one. Tried lots of other mail apps as well but am now convinced that Blue Mail is the best. I'm not changing again, I'm sticking with the best!

Better than outlook. So glad I switched after years of outlook. On the android the interface/scale is perfect. What you need to see on a small screen is great. And managing emails on the run is easy.

Blue Mail is great client but I experiencing some problems. For some reasons I can't pull any contacts from MS Exchange corporate directory. As soon as I install Gmail it's working fine. It was working before...

A great email client. I started using this after continuous problems with the Outlook app. I could not even open email properly in Outlook but this works 100%. Clean and easy to use. Thanks.

Really good but very awkward to swipe and delete it's not a smooth action you can't fling it you actually have to push it all the way across otherwise it just shows a garbage can that you have to touch. Still great email client especially if they don't add ads.

by far one of the biggest pieces of GARBAGE in the play store!!!!!!! Loaded with so many bugs it is impossible to list them all. manual push/fetch has not worked for years. app drains battery, crashes frequently. ABSOLUTELY NO SUPPORT!!!!**

Best Android email application I have found and I've used about 20, including but not limited to k9, outlook. Lightweight, integrates well with the default Motorola calendar which then still backs off accepted appointments to iCloud rather well.

One of the best email apps for portable devices I've ever used. Easy to maintain multiple accounts, light interface and it is easy to use multiple inbox folders. Thumbs up from me :)

Absolutely love it! It's perfect for my needs. I have several email accounts, using this app is all I need to keep ip with them all, plus my calendar.

Was my favorite Email app. Lately it's been annoying. Had clusters on, it was too slow, loading them, so now it won't let me turn clusters off. Has just become a really slow app.

Was dissatisfied with Outlook on my phone, and I use Mailbird on my laptop. Tried a couple of Android apps, but BlueMail wins my prize. Very happy with it. Miles better than clunky Gmail app to manage my Gmail account

Like this app a lot, especially being able to include multiple email accounts. Have occasionally had a sync error but they soon clear and I suspect it could be my phone.

Love it for being stable and easy to use. I'm sure they can improve the UI someday soon to make it more eye pleasing considering we read email a lot these days.

Ever since the latest update on the app was installed, I have been unable to send emails through the app. They just pile up in my outbox. Can't send them, can't forward them.

Great app it does what a lot of others can't/don't do. I found it very easy to setup and work with. Full credit to the developer(s) for such a great app.

I wish it didn't do that annoying thread consolidation like Gmail. I just want to see individual emails with the thread in it if applicable. I hate seeing a list of almost identical emails thrust at me.

I love having all my accounts in one app. The best part for me is being to click on the avatar and all related messages are put together. Best Email app i've used.

It's not perfect, none of em' are, for the most part it works pretty well. I wish a full function Mozilla Thunderbird was available!

Great app, have been using it for long time now, one of the best out there, have everything needed to be a proffessional e-mail app. Love it!

Everything you need from an Email app! Nice look&feel and the performance couldn't be better. Since I have nothing to argue about - > 5 Stars

Easy to add email accounts, seamless connection, nice customizable layouts. Functional and pretty. Love it much and installed it to my family and colleagues phones too!

I'd given it 5 stars before but for some reason or bug, it doesnt fetch emails sometimes. Sometimes it will, so its been kind of unstable and that is being compromising since I need to know when emails hit my inbox at the time of arrival since I'm dealing with customers all the time. Hope it gets fixed soon or else I'll have to look for another app. Other than that it's really good. Love the thumbnails a lot + the bottom menu of options. It's just too handy.

I have emails which I need to print but any icons pics etc will not appear on paper even though I enabled pics in the settings, looks like I'll have to carry a laptop with me to do that!

Best email app so far. My gmail is a mess with over 999 emails, this app has assisted me at chipping away at deleting and organizing them all a lot faster than any other app. If you have kept up with your emails, it should be easier to maintain. I would have liked to see a way at sending emails to personal folders i made quicker but i am still new.

Very quick and responsive. Love the icons that highlight sender. Much less visually boring than Xfinity app; adds some personality to your app experience. However, the view for viewing my sub folders is horrible. It lists the entire pathway, ie: 'Inbox/Subfolder/Subfolfer2/', etc. I have a lot of subfolders, and it makes it quite challenging to identify and access subfolders. Also, the Calendar link is useless, it only supports Exchange and Gmail accounts.

I've only used this for a week or so. But I really like it. (came from k9 mail which would send duplicates agghh). This had a good interface that I found intuitive. For example, the "mark as unread" feature is implemented by simply tapping on the empty circle at the top of an email being read. I figured out what I was for with almost no thought. I'll review again once I've used it for longer.

I use this for work and personal email accounts and have had no problems. Nicely customizable app that does exactly what I need it to do.

I've been using Blue Mail for several years. It's great. I had an inquiry and they responded quickly and resolved my issue immediately.

Nice ideas with bad execution! A very slow search that ultimately does not work properly and you get an error that cannot be performed. Alerts appear on the counter icon (Badge) as if they were regular emails. I believe some of you will enjoy some features. The service of the developers is worst, although there is a way to report the developers on a bug they doesn't answer emails and doesn't help, so don't waste your precious time, there is no point in sending them emails.

Wonderful email app that connects to all my accounts and presents everything in one unified format. Super easy to stay up to date.

Driving me crazy. Attachments won't open. Recipients can't open my attachments. Won't sync with pc. Disappointed.

Best all-in-one email app. Tons of customization for those who want it, simple and easy to use for those who just want it to work. Blue Mail kicks email @$$ and I wish they had a desktop app for Windows 10 because I'd install immediately. If you're like me and manage email accounts from different platforms like Google, Outlook, and Yahoo...get Blue Mail and put them all in one place.

So far so good. I have tried to install many different email apps and none have been to my satisfaction. They wouldn't download properly, I couldn't send emails; many other frustrating issues. So far, this app seems to be working the way it should. I did research apps and this one was highly recommended.

Love it. I love the "unsubscribe" feature being baked into the app so I can get rid of spam with 90% less effort. 3rd party mail apps are usually garbage, even popular ones. I was pleasantly surprised this functions as good and better than the Samsung mail app or IOS mail app. Highly recommend!! I've tried several too.

Nice email app with lots of options. However, the calendar part does not work well at all.

Review as of 10/28/2018 - Easiest to use interface when it comes to reading and writing emails as well as customizing it to suit personal preferences. Best email app for the android platform, hands down. Review as of 10/03/2019 - My five star rating remains. I just now read my original review for the first time since writing it and frankly I am not changing it one bit. It is as true today as it was a year ago, and I still use Blue Mail daily.

As much as I really like this app, I have to give it 2 🌟. Folders wouldn't update. *Update* After about two hours out of my life which I'll never get back, I can again get all my emails in one place. I had to uninstall and then reinstall the app. Which meant, I had to setup again 7 different email accounts from scratch. Account colors, clusters, signatures and everything else that personalizes the app. If this happens again, I'm done with Blue Mail. I never heard back from the developer!

It used to work well, but now it's basically useless. I can no longer open emails 80% of the time. I click on an email and nothing happens. I can also no longer switch between my different accounts. Again, I click another account and nothing happens. This has been the case through various updates, and sadly I'll have to give up using this app.

Great mail account manager. It works as supposed and is much better than the cluttered gmail app. The amount of customization options is very nice. It works with all the major mail servers flawlessly. It's fast and responsive. And for free? I can't believe it. Help the developers and enable the "get blue mail notification" in the settings. They deserve it!

Having issues with the most recent update. When I open the app, then return to the home screen and try to open any other app, any gesture opens Blue Mail up again. I've tried clearing the app from my list of open apps, but the result is the same - it takes several tries before I can finally open a different app. It's very bizarre and frustrating.

Dropped my paid-for maildroid pro in favor of this app. This development team is on a roll. Great, efficient, smooth app. I know their marketing lingo seems to be what everyone else says about their own apps as well, but this app is the only one I've found to actually back up what they've said. I actually did enjoy opening my email now. I love the grouping feature- it detects threads and puts them together to limit what you see in an inbox, and allows you to skim easily through email.

Great email client, much better notification consistency than Gmail and a nice UI that cuts out the old junk from your primary view, allowing you to keep it clean without having to cull hundreds of emails. Awesome work from the devs. Minus 1 star for "Get BlueMail for Android" in the signature being a default setting. I wouldn't mind a pop-up asking if I wanted to include it in the signature or maybe even something more subtle like "Sent from BlueMail" but as it is, it feels a bit cheap.

Update: My feedback is the deletion of emails is a little convoluted. It doesn't seem to refresh right away, double deleting is needed. The other is moving an email to my created folders synced from gmail, not created in Blue Mail. This is such a premium email application, I am in love, it pushes notifications consistently and faster than the Gmail app, the options are amazing, the folders, the widget, I am in love and a fan as long as the quality is there.

This has become awful. It used to be pretty good a year ago but over time it decides to not open new mail especially after having just been in an email or takes ages to load the next one, it crashes, it displays blank screens, it's recently stopped sending emails (it says sent then find out days later the recipient didn't get my email and there's no evidence of it), and sometimes stops displaying the correct email account (e.g. unified will only display one of two).

I have sent 2 requests to Support regarding an issue with all Calendar appointments disappearing and do not respond to a Refresh. I have to uninstall the app and reinstall to make it work, but works only a couple of days. Plus, sending emails get stuck in the outbox and must be deleted in order to continue. An app can be gold plated but if Support ignores requests for assistance, the app may as well be junked. Also, continually nagging me for 5 stars while ignoring multiple support requests, no!

Even tho I like the app a lot this is the third time I have to add all my email accounts because it seems to reset. I don't know if its because it updates o what exactly but I am thinking on finding an alternative if it happens again. Its not deleting email or anything it just launches like I've never used it before.

Pretty good with UI and options..many useful features like important filtering and quick reply.. recommended if using many accounts at a time.

Very good email program. Works well with Gmail, exchange, others. One of a few with calendar.

Extremely slow to load my mails and does not sync mails from my entire inbox, which is a real disadvantage when it comes to syncing work emails. Terrible interface for search functions, esp. when the you have to click twice to search for a topic. Even during the search the results that come out take too long and the results often show "no results" which is totally untrue when you know what the history of the conversation is. Load time from the home page and all editing functions very slow.

I have been using Bluemail for awhile now with no issues but now I am finding my emails do not load when I wish to read them. The little green circle goes around and around and nothing happens. I tried uninstall/install, it worked right away but then it happened again. Frustrating!

Fast, easy to use. Would be very nice to be able to filter incoming emails to folders.

Easy to install and use on Android. Fast, lots of easy functions and even imported my folders from my PC email server fantastic!

I love how I can easily access multiple mail accounts, much better than in the Outlook app.

Great e-mail app. Has a few small issues, but wouldn't go back to the other platforms

Really good 👍 app. It saves time going to each emails and has high reliabilty rating. I'm very satisfied with your app. Thank you. Its 10-1019 now and it's been a few years being with blue mail and it has been delightful and a functional all in one mail program ,well designed and convenient. I give this app the maximum Highest rating. Thank you Blue mail team for awesome customer service. Thanks

have been using this app for years. in the last 6 months, it has been slow and glitchy (emails won't open, app completely stopped syncing my main email address). I have reached out to support twice with no response at all. finding another option that actually works.

Great for multiple accounts. I have 3 gmail, a Microsoft 365, and a domain email synced through Blue Mail. They all update seamlessly. I would like for it to default back to all accounts when i open it, instead of the last account i was on, but it's only a minor annoyance. There's probably a setting for it that I haven't found.

Recently I change my phone to K20 Pro, it seems like the Push notification is not working on this phone. Could you check on it? I will give back to 5 stars if this issue can be resolve, thank you. FYI, I had tried reinstall still not working. Fetch interval is working, only push is not working.

Not fully optimised for full display screen. Good app but needs improvement with the UI, it shows cramped in my phone.

I really like this app but it is too buggy. If I change folder it continues to display emails from previous folder until I select refresh. This morning I can't even open emails - Ive rebooted, cleared cache and I still can't get it to work. I'm running it on a Xiaomi Mi9, so it's not like the phone is too slow. Back to using Outlook, sigh.

Wonderful app, saves so much time. All my e-mail accounts in one place. Great!!

Nice app. I like it better than gmail but it keeps bugging me to rate it even though I already have.

I like it, but it's slow on AOL. If I send a mail from my AOL email to my alternate (Gmail) address, it takes less than 10 seconds to get there. If I reverse and send a mail from my Gmail address to my AOL email, it takes at least TWO MINUTES. This is with automatic "push". Otherwise, it's a nice app and I like that you can customize certain features.

Getting very quirky when using AOL mail though. Could be/probably due to AOL wanting Chrome as default browser and that just ain't happening. Some AOL mail just disappears but maybe actually be sent, other AOL mail says it's sent but isn't or ends up in drafts after even a day or two. Time to dump AOL and I have a lot of contacts with it. Most likely not a BlueMail problem.

Have been using the app for some time and was pleased with it - would have even contributed to a paid version. Instead I'm now getting full-screen ad pop-ups that appear to be generated from this app (determined by process of elimination/removing other apps). Actively working to replace it with another free or paid app that is less intrusive.

Reliable, flexible and well designed. Has replaced Gmail for me completely.

Does not detect incoming settings from Soverin. Cannot set the server details manually either. "Exception java.lang...something"

Email works great. Interface looks alright. Just one major issue. When I add a davCal it tells me the authentication succeeded but then when I try to go to the calendar nothing happens. Since I installed it so I could have email and calendar in the same app I will likely delete it. Also, no way of knowing since the calendar never worked but it doesn't look like it would have the tasks associated with your calendar. You would need yet another app for that as well. It has a tasks section but that is specific to a feature the app has for managing your emails only. Over all I am disappointed.

Having used Blue Mail for years, I've had nothing but a good experience...Up until recently! The app was crashing a few seconds after initially opening the app up, pretty much every single time. Sent an email to Blue Mail reporting the issue, which they replied to extremely fast. App has now even updated within 24 hours of contact, running as smoothly and efficiently as ever! Very pleased, keep up the good work. I love Blue Mail!

I've given this app so many chances and it's still broken. Tech support says to update it. Thanks for nothing...

With every update, I am hoping for better Chromebook support. There seems to be a problem with scrolling down to older emails. Every attempt to scroll down makes the list jump back to the top. The only way to scroll down is to highlight the top email on the list, then use the down arrow key. It's very awkward to use the app for this reason.

It was nice when it worked. My work emails just randomly stopped coming through and my work calendar blanked out. I'll be uninstalling

Emails don't open when selecting them, making the app useless. It was a five star app, why ruin it? Deleting

Have used Blue Mail for many years, and loved it, but for the past two LG phones I've had, Blue Mail has struggled with my Outlook and Hotmail accounts, no matter which way I've set those accounts up. The symptom, those specific email boxes hang, along with the Unified box. While it still works great on my Samsung tablet, today I'm officially dumping it from my phone for Gmail. Figure I might as well use Google since they already have all my data anyway, no sense offering additional exposure.

I love BlueMail, it is really awesome. I just wish if they can sync all our email account usernames to the cloud (without the password) Like have one main email and phone number verification, so I can easily restore my 15 different emails I use without typing everything everytime, or having at least backup option. Also I wish if you can agree with Samsung to integrate BlueMail to Ultra Power Saving Mode list apps. Thanks!

Fave email program ever. Simple, rich with features you can use and has a dark theme.

Intuitive, fast and clear menu to manage email. Good and clear.

The last update deleted all the custom folders that I had created. 10/13/2019 All The lastest updates have been great.

Initially this was a great app and I loved it. Then it became dysfunctional and very frustrating and I gave it 1 star. However the update of 8/1/19 has restored its functionality and I've updated my review to 4 stars. If it maintains its current smooth functionality over time, then I'll gladly update it to 5 stars. Thank you to the app creators for listening to my feedback and making corrections.

I installed Bluemail on my mobile a while ago, and have a few accounts set up on it. Hotmail, and a couple of Office 365 accounts are working great. I put the app on my HP chromebook today and the Office 365 accounts won't work - "authenticating" for an hour now. Also the calendar isn't syncing between my mobile and chromebook. Many items entered into mobile app, but calendar empty on chromebook. I wish this worked because I love the app.

Ditching BlueMail - it's just junk now!! Notification badges don't work (they work fine on 4 other email clients!). Constant request to Re-Authenticate Hotmail accounts. BlueMail *used* to be the best, it's now actually in reverse gear becoming more & more buggy, bloated and slow. Whoever is developing this app needs to fire the current development team & get new blood in to sort it out fast! And Support is a joke - they just ignore everything you send to them. BlueMail is dead!

This email is nice & has really cool features like dark mode, but it takes up way to much valuable space on my phone & drains my battery. However, its free with no ads so giving this 4* I going to uninstall & look for one that doesn't take up to much space & drain my battery. I might come back to it if i don't find one.
