Most years this app is an easy 5 out of 5 but it's terrible this year. First, it buffers or freezes constantly. Second, the interface consistently gets stuck on the screen and won't disappear unless the app is rebooted. Third, I've had times where the "Sign In" option was completely non-functional. Fourth, the screen will go black and start a countdown to switch you to the next game without waiting for the current game to finish. I've missed multiple last second shot attempts because of this "feature". Overall, just a really poor app this year, which is confusing given the usual track record of quality.

Written after 2021 tournament. Streaming was incredibly unreliable. This was on a variety of devices across a number of Wi-Fi connections. It's so disappointing to have the stream freeze, then attempt to reconnect, watch another ad when singing back on, only to have it freeze AGAIN after a short time. It's been nearly 20 since streaming was first available for the tournament. How is it possible to still be this bad?

Posting this to hopefully get a quick fix. I've used this app for years, never had a problem until this year. Now the app crashes constantly, particularly when I'm trying to sign in to my tv provider. It crashes every time I try and so I'm pretty much out of the free-to-watch limit and it's only day 1. Please fix so I can watch on my phone as I have for 5+ years now. *UPDATE: Disabling Chrome worked. Thank you developer for the quick response!*

I used to love this app! I've used it every single year since its been out. This year is a mess! The video streams barely work now! And you guys have completely taken away the listen option to hear it on the radio. This drains my battery while I'm at work bc I can't listen the radio stream and HAVE to play the video. This also causes my phone to overheat in my pocket.

This is a great app where I can watch all the games. However, there's one problem. I keep trying to sign in to my provider through the app but it never goes through even after a successful sign in. The "sign in" button is always there no matter how many times I enter my correct password. Please help me resolve this issue. Otherwise, great app! 👍

It was nice to have an app, but the scoreboard always reset to the *very first game of the tournament!*; updates on games were slow and often inaccurate; I gave up trying to use it for anything but game times. If you're going to the trouble of an official app - do a quality job. This felt half-baked at best. Don't bother in '22 if you think otherwise.

Every time I sign in with cable provider it crashes. I have uninstalled and reinstalled multiple times. I can watch with preview but am almost out of time. I have never had this problem with a streaming app. Super frustrating as I'm away from home all weekend. I have used the app in the past and never had a problem. Not sure what changed but at this point it's not very useful.

I had 4 bars on my iPad! W/4 bars lost video every minute. So the app will not start back up until you hit the start button. Game pops up for 1 sec, then a 15 sec commercial runs fine. Funny thing, the commercials rarely lose connection. Game comes back on. Runs for a few secs then it all repeats again. I saw no more than 7 minutes of the game and the rest was watching never ending commercials. Bird commercial, 20+ times, werewolf, 14+ times, on and on! Pitiful app! Sold out for the $$$!

This app has been amazing until this year. IF it opens without crashing, it works for all of about 30 seconds before it tries to go to the tv provider authentication screen, (even if I've previously signed in) which locks it up and forces the app to crash. I have been able to make it past signing in to my provider, but every time the app crashes it doesn't seem to remember and will show free preview on the game screen until I try to sign in again, and then the process starts again.

It works okay, but has many glaring issues that they don't seem keen on fixing. As others have mentioned, no score visible in the stats when watching a game. An ad is played every time you launch the app, even if you closed it for 5 seconds. If you get a popup bubble icon, your notification far is visible until you take it out of fullscreen and back in. And sometimes the games menu appears at the bottom and you have to exit fullscreen, fidget with the stats below the video, and return. 2/5.
