Who in upper echelon of nation media group authorized this horrible and hidious UI for an ePaper that one should be reading using a smartphone. If you're going to update your app make sure it works first before jamming it down our throats. Just because of I'm not renewing my subscription. First you messed up with the website and now this. Worst app I ever seen! It can't work on my pad and because of your useless update I have now lost all my previous editions. We pay you guys why don't you allow us to keep our old newspapers we have paid for? I don't think I will pay again after this subscription expires because there is no point

Just do me a favor and bring back the old version, this one not working at all yet already paid, pilot schemes should thoroughly be tested before going live and contingency measures put in place in such event as this

Your latest version is quite disappointing.I can't access the paper ie I cannot go beyond 'switched to library to be accessed without connectivity' despite subscribing. You have wasted my time and money with apps that are not tested fully.

Awful App. Performs poorly on IOS and fails to load editions on some days. I've tried to alternatively login on my Android device without success.
