    The contant of this APP is ok; BUT its function needs work. The APP seems to be self-defeating because it is difficult to access an individual show. AND when you can, there are too many interruptions (comms, coming attracts, & referrals to other shows). Also, this APP has difficulty deciding what you are allowed to watch, & when. Silly...

    Love the shows! 120&190 on ads is crazy!! Do you think I will watch much longer? Heck I lay my phone away, way away! It's too toooooo much too many too long. There is a limit until folks say you made me never want to buy that, never.

    It was an awesome app until Disney took it over. Now the live feature is locked, episodes are locked and while I was previously recognized as a cable customer not now. I miss the flexibility the app gave me but the greed of Disney means I will do without NatGeo.

    Does not log me into my tv provider. It keeps saying i dont have national geographic channel a part of my subscription with spectrum but i do.I do not know why not matter what device i download the national geographic app it will not recognize that i do get the national geographic channel through spectrum.

    First episode I watched on this channel took so long that I couldn't finish it in an hour, and by the time I came back 3 hours later to finish the same episodes, the episode had been removed from the series. Can't they give a heads up as to when they're going to remove an episode. This app has so many adds that I timed a show that is on Hulu and takes 42 minutes without commercials, and it took 1 hr and 44 minutes. That means in 1 show, they add 2 hrs and 4 minutes of commercials. Too many people just say "too many commercials" but here's the proof. Listen, nobody's got time for that. I'm out until the developer replies to this and gives me an explanation as to why, when I already pay huge bucks to Directv, their making me watch over two hours of commercials for a 42 minute show.

    Basic functionality is barely there. No native provider login needed to actually watch any content (tied to FOX NOW app). No stand alone sub option. Great content. Love NatGeo overall, but horrible implementation on Andriod. They are REALLY proficient at serving ads if you do end up being able to stream something. God help you if you want to move around inside the playback however. I hope you like ads in content you already paid your CATV provider to access (not to mention your ISP as the ad data eats into your bandwidth cap).

    This app refuses to let me watch the shows, which seems counterproductive. I am on an LG G5, and after downloading and signing up for an account, there is no capability to sign into my TV provider. So now I am locked out of seeing any shows. I just deleted the app and now I'm looking for alternate ways to see these shows, which is fine for me, but less good for NatGeo's advertisers.

    Sometimes when starting a show, there is a commercial and then I am taken to the top page for the show. I then have to watch the same commercial again before seeing the show. Also, ocassionaly my phone or tablet locks or drops my show. When I try to locate my last point in the show l have to watch a commercial each time I move the time slider.

    Shows will not load. Search options are not user friendly, unless you knkw the name of the show. I'm on my tab, so guess I'll try pc. Defeats the purpose of being mobile. Shame on you. Your company has the technology to make apps work on all devices. Seriously? Not a good first impression. P.S. Your app won't allow the creation of a profile? Lmao see you later. I'm not wasting my time

    Awful, could not watch anything. Kept getting message that this was not available in my programming package, to contact my provider and upgrade. It darn tootin IS IN MY PACKAGE. I can watch the channel on TV, but wanted to see some episodes I had missed. Cannot get anything at all on this app. Or on my laptop. Thought the problem was my provider, until I see the other many reviewers with the same problems.

    I'm only giving it a 1 star rating because I can't give it a zero... What a miserable watching experience. I've spent more time logging in than watching shows. Streaming quality degrades after ad breaks, and gets so bad it's unwatchable. When I exit the show then try to watch again, I have to login all over. Now, it won't even let me login. "Unexpected Error." Gee, thanks but no thanks.

    I have NEVER seen an app malfunction as badly as this one. It kicks me out at least 5 times while trying to watch an episode. Sometimes after kicking me out and trying to reload it just keeps playing the same clip over again and crashing in the same spot. It takes me 2 hours to watch a 30 minute episode, IF I can even get it to finish.

    Don't get me wrong, this would be a great app for someone who has a TV provider but I don't have one! If possible, you should do like the Boomerang app and make it possible to unlock all content for a yearly price through the app. If you could do that I would be EXTREMELY interested in downloading this again. Until then, it won't work for me. Sorry

    aweful. nothing ever loaded- i used wifi, data, even changed locations for stronger wifi- and constantly got pop ups about system errors and the app would shut down or freeze. tried using this app on 3 different devices for a week and nothing worked. i never got to watch something so i cant comment on picture quality or adds. when saving shows to my profile, i wasnt able to view any of the shows i downloaded the app to see bc they were "locked". just dont get the app & save yourself the trouble.

    Shows I'm logged in, but doesn't save my Favorites, let's me watch a couple of things, but when I come back in, I have to sign up again and now it's telling me I can't watch episodes because they "Aren't included in my programming package". I watch these shows on my TV with no problem. I thought the whole idea of the App, was that we could watch shows when we aren't at our TV? When I try to use their "Help" section, to report my problem, it won't "Submit" my question. I've tried 5 times.

    you get free shows, current tv shows and also recent series'...the commercials aren't that bad; they are interesting and tastefully presented.. the variety of viewing options is large..i love this app. i will use it a great deal, being one of those persons who doesn't own or use a television set... thank you for this app.

    I downloaded for one particular show the Hotzone that has been everywhere for everyone to see commercial wise. I was able to watch 2 full episodes. and on the 3rd one they say I need a TV provider in ordered to continue watching it! if I had a TV service I wouldn't be trying to watch it on my phone! it was my only access to watch this program along a lot of other LEARNING programs. what were you guys thinking it's a joke just like cable TV! I can watch everything else...

    I am not sure why they don't make birth date an editable field. Don't they understand how long ago 1952 was? Having to click individually from today's date by month is ridiculous. It's not worth the effort. I never got beyond the registration screen. I don't want to use my Facebook logon to register.

    After updating to version 3.15 on LG Stylo 3 Plus Android Version 7.0 and NuVision Tablet TM101A620M Android Version 6.0 we have not been able to sign in to TV provider ☹️ I cleared the cache and data, uninstalled the app, restarted the device, reinstalled the app, and was able to sign into TV provider. Before taking those steps all I got was a blank page when attempting to sign in. 😁

    Extremely frustrating to have to watch the same 2 to 3 advertisements every time you want to rewind or fast forward a bit. Other than that, the video quality is good and viewing experience is OK. Please remove ads after they're already viewed.

    Absolutely horrible. Will not let me sign in. I've put the email I have and It still says "not valid email". I've spent several minutes trying to sign up but it never works out well. I don't know what email is "valid" to them. This app needs so much work to do on and I hope you change it soon!

    This is absolutely the worst app I have encountered in this modern era. my goal was to find out when they're Premier new program Hot Zone came on. After 35 minutes of searching and finding absolutely nothing I recommend they go back to the drawing board and get someone who knows what they're doing

    Love the app but now when opening the app it tells me to download the latest version of the app. But won't actually let me update and the app will not run. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling but still does not work.

    Horrible app. Stream is FULL OF ADVERTISING. Search is clunky. Stream stops randomly, every time you move forward or back during stream you have to watch the exact same advertising over and over again, shows are good but this app is horrible.

    it's very frustrating when every time you try to rewind using the 15 sec icon it makes you watch 2-3 commercials then it rewinds back 5 minutes. this is such a waste of time. I am signed in with my provider. it does this regardless of what device i am using.

    absolute garbage. option to interact with 1 ad for a commercial free experience repeats over and over. half the time with commercials will randomly dont have access to this channel and to subscribe through your cable provider.

    This app is terrible at kweping your bookmarks. Tried to watch Free Solo and had to restart it 5 times and was forced to watch 2 ads every time it restarted to the beginning. Very buggy and frustrating to use.

    annoyingly and continuously asking for login during streaming even tho I've already logged in with my provider several times. after ads the shows do not resume from it left off and sometimes it just completely starts over.

    right after install it wanted me to select my favorite shows and once I selected them it said profile manager not installed and wouldn't let me do nothing else. it's all basically stuck right after the install was completed

    I like the app I like the shows but one thing that gets to me is the MISINFORMATION of this so-called "FEATHERED SERPENT " when they talk about my ancestors and yes we are still around. Descendants of the Maya, Mexica (a.k.a Aztecs) toltects and not in any of our languages does QUETZALCOATL or KULKULKAN mean "FEATHERED SERPENT"

    If I could give it a ZERO I would, brand new Samsung Galaxy S9 plus, 150 mbps download speeds and every show I click on to watch, THAT I GET ON XFINITY it says that THE APP IS UNAVAILABLE! What the heck does that even mean???? I AM ON THE APP!!! I HAVE SIGNED INTO MY CABLE PROVIDER!!! HOW CAN THE APP BE UNAVAILABLE??? What a waste of time!

    It's unfortunate that I can't watch NatGeo Wild bcuz it says I'm can only have limited programming when I have cable. I have Verizon Fios I luv animal shows especially live shows yet I can't watch any of them. I use to be able to watch them. But not anymore. If it's gonna b like that then Nat Geo should cut the cord and offer a separate subscription like all the other channels are doing. What a shame
