Worked great for a while, but now the app barely works. I've tried restarting my phone, uninstalling and reinstalling the app, but nothing worked. The camera is delayed severely. The app wasn't like that until recently. PLEASE FIX IT! :(

App doesn't sync with the otoscope for more than a second. You get a still photo of whatever the otoscope was facing when you first took the cap off. Terrible product.

Very easy to use and I love my ear scope it's so cool I can actually just prop up my phone or tablet and dig into my ear and clean it out. Sometimes it does freeze but I am actually not sure if thats the app or the connection since its bluetooth or if its my ear tool. I do know it really freezes when the batteries get low and lags bad but other then that if its fully charged it runs pretty good and Inlove I can take photos and videos and gross my kid out lol

The instructions arent very clear at all but the app does work. Click on the settings icon on the bottom left to change your language, first of all. Then you literally need to connect to a set wifi that the app provides. I'm pretty sure it's their equivalent of a bluetooth connection. Once you're on the wifi, open the app and you're good to go. Using the live video works best.

So disappointed. I got it connected and enthusiastically stuck it in my ear, and the picture is completely out of focus. No amount of moving it would get a focused picture. The app was no help, there was no auto focus or anything I could see, it just wouldn't give me anything but a slightly pink blur.

I have two tablets. One is an older Lenovo Tab 4 running Android 7.1.1. the ear canal camera hooked up to MZscope works fine. Another tablets is Lenovo Smart Tab P10 running Android 9. It's awful: Can never focus, freezes, and in fact send to not connect beyond 4 inches away from the camera. If I had not tried the older tablet first, I would have assumed the camera and app are worthless. Seems it is a Smart Tab problem. Very unfortunate. App could be better. Sorry it really should default to English not Chinese first.

Works fine. I see nothing weird that it uses wifi protocol/connection to connect between phone and otoscope, if anything I'm glad it doesn't want internet or something else. App shows what camers sends, picture is clear, much better than I expected.

The instructions are worthless, btw. It works like a bluetooth device. Pretty fun, a bit blurry on some images, butI founf that mostly it is because I am too close to the object. If I pull back a bit, it tends to help.
