The app needs a lot of work in terms of both user experience and interface. Loads very slowly and there are multiple screens within the app, design isn't consistent either. Even after login, it keeps asking at some points whether we would like to continue with that login.

always says your previous reload entry pending..???? how much it takes to always share what balance is on my card currently!!! also I guess the push notifications or offline alert for refilling the balance in smart card should have been a feature from day one.. I guess the development team is not getting proper inputs from the reliance.

Don't know why even this app is developed. I don't think except card recharging any feature is being used by any of the user. Also using OEM app we never get any offers whereas cash recharge or any wallets generally we get those offers . Whenever i try to recharge website is most of the times not working. Need to wait for 2-3 days for site to became operative once it's down. Worst experience.

bad experience should let buy single journey tickets without asking card option or at least card purchase should be online too. Was struck without wallet thought can buy online ticket. P.S IRCTC App have the option to buy seamless without any hassle.

bad app...... I don't know, why are showing directly card number, I don't like card method. I like QR method, but not have a QR ticket option, you r not given option of QR ticket method but, why? tell me!

Worst. Can't see the available balance, cant see the validity. Nothing is working in this app. Needs lot of improvement.
