I have found it VERY convenient to use this app on my phone. I live north of Atwater and Merced and hate the drive to the credit union. 99 is scary down there. The app makes it easier to bank at the credit union. I can even deposit checks without envelopes and stamps. Wonderful!

I love the idea of a banking app, that being said, this one has some issues. One of which is you cant always use the app. The app does not always keep up to date information, so it makes it difficult to plan ahead with money that may or may not be there. Maintenance seems to be happening frequently preventing checking or transferring money. All that being said, there are some great things you can do when it works, transferring money from checkings to savings, transferring money to another member, organizing the way you can view everything and it also lists all the expenses that have been made with the account (again only when ot works). For now it gets three stars, hopefully in the future it will get better.

This gotta be the most pathetic online mobile banking system! I recently bought a new phone and tried to log into the mobile app & it locked me out! Only option is to call the bank & wait. They have to input all your personal info & give you a temp password. You have to go online & enter their password inorder to get a new password. Even with all that information I wasn't able to access my account & eventually got Flagged! So inconvenient & complicated. I will transfer to a new bank very soon!

What happened to the account info at the bottom of the screen? It used to say how much I owed on my credit card and how much my avg transaction was, and now it's missing. I loved that feature and it was super helpful. Please bring it back. It made it easier than waiting for 30 minutes in the drive thru tellers to rush me and forget to tell me my info.
