I used to pay my water bill and it works properly but developer can make update and make it better, First of all it doesn't show any history of transactions. Unable to do water tax payment since 1 Oct 2021. Payment gateway not opening. Please resolve issue soon. 2 months passed. Still payment gateway not not working.

For name sake they made this app, my complaints are not resolved after 15 days, I don't think they look into it. Waste of time as after digitization, execution is 0. Really disappointed by service.

Very good app. But following is observed ... Property tax was paid through the mobile app. I was unable to pay The other two taxes i.e Water tax and SWM tax from the mobile app. Than I paid these two taxes through the website. Pls resolve the issue, as most of the people are using Mobile App.

Very good app but we can pay property tax only not other tax like swms, water tax, for those we need to go same web site.please include those features also.

Very hopeless App. It does not give details of past payment history. In year 2020, it gives past payment history upto 2012. After repeated failed online transactions of water tax on 29.8.2020, I could make successful transaction, but no receipt generated. Still app showing full amount of tax outstanding. Now I have to run after clerical staff of Nagar Nigam to resolve issue of payment made through this App. Don't use this App for making online payment, because it is risky.

I have never seen such a pathetic and worst app ever in my life. I tried to link my water connection almost 30 times but all in vain. It repeatedly shows loading data but never goes to next page, after some time it goes back previous page. Such a disaster App. Please no one use this App. I would give zero rating if i can. Shame on you guys..!

Nice one. I don't agree with the negative comments of certain users. I have a little problem. How can I find out the new property I'd of 10 digits for searching the property and making payments as I am having only the previous I'd which is not working. This Application is new one and there should be provision for finding out the new I'd. I am telling about properties in JMC Jabalpur.

App design is good, but their are some issues to be resolved out. All records in Payment History table can't be viewed as there is no scrollbar to scroll the table entries for viewing the records. I would also like for suggesting giving option for reprinting Water Tax receipts and Ledger using Water Connection Id.
