The gameplay is fun, with a good amount of team compositions you can compose. However, there is a grind after a certain point where you try to get the best cards (characters, equipment, etc.) through card packs which are just loot crates. While it does take time to get these, it is not impossible. Paying does make it easier, (as with nearly all free to play games) but it is far from necessary. I think it's a good game that some people dislike due to their misunderstanding of it's mechanics.

I do really love this game. The last update is awesome, it has improved a lot of things. However there's something driving me crazy, and it is related to connection. In the middle of any battle shows an error message "It's necessary to restart the game because it is not linked to.." something (I don't remember exactly what, because automatically it kicked me out the game 😓😡). And Faction Wars option is no longer working either "There's a problem to find an opponent".

Want to thank u for the game but there are some problems, first there are many lags and bugs in the gameplay, including voice breakdown in the background,causes me several times to lose the game, Second is that I've been player of this amazing app for almost five years now, but i still don't have many diamond cards that are very old like the black scorpion, i really like that u could provide us that we can get them from some events or smth! And pls fix the network issues, it's frustrating :(

I am officially done with this game. Diamond cards have become incredibly difficult to accumulate without the use of money, even then with in game purchases there is never a 100% chance to get a diamond. And if you were to try to accumulate without use of purchases you are constantly grinding missions for souls = no play I have just spend roughly a month grinding, saving souls, I had a total of 4,000 souls and bought 10 diamond packs. Did not get one single diamond. WASTE OF TIME AND ENERGY

I really love the gameplay it's wonderful and the graphics looks great too, keep it up and do better. Please ever since the recent update, I haven't been able to play the faction war, it seems like a connection problem, kindly help me fix this issue. Thanks,It's been fixed. 10/5/21 update broke the game entirely. At first, it was just Faction Wars (which is bad enough) but now it's not just the multiplayer modes that won't work. The entire game is broken. To the point where the game won't even get past the intial loading page that has the "Monotype" logo on it. Please resolve the glaring issues, I've spent a fair amount of money here don't make me wish I hadn't.

Ive played this game for a long time, lost my profile and still wanted to play. I love this game. The only reason im giving it 4 stars is that ever since the most recent update I am unable to play fraction wars. It continues to say "Cannot Find Opponents" this is really irritating to me since i got most of my souls off of fraction war seasonal rewards. I hopr that this gets fixed soon.

Great game it can be a little pay to play but you can also be stubborn and grind to level your characters up to their credit the designers allow you to get just enough free (ingame money)souls to do this. The only thing that seems slightly Shady to me is I've spent thousands of Souls trying to buy a character pack hopefully get one of several Diamond characters. And now realize you really only get maybe a 15 to 20% chance of getting a diamond character out of one of these packs.

Online multi-player does not work ever since the last update. It's been days but none of the game developers has done anything about this problem!!! It's really disappointing to see that a game like this which belongs to a well-known company (Warner bros) has been ruined and they don't care to explain what happened or even acknowledging this issue in their social media, let alone fixing it!! I wish i could give you zero stars because that's exactly what you deserve.

Wow, this is an awesome game i've ever played in my life. I even go a diamond character in a month without paying a dime. But the recent update that you did, i can't play faction wars no more after the update. It's saying that it can't find opponents for me and that really sucks. Please, fix that as soon as you can. You even got all the stars cos you really deserve it, keep bringing more challenges.
