I, too, lost the ability to do mobile scan when I got my new android phone about 6 months ago. I am trying to be patient for the fix, but every time I go into the store, I still find myself hoping and checking, if by some miracle, that it works. I loved my mobile scan shopping routine. Not sure a lot of people take advantage of it, and I was skeptical first, but have hated readjusting to "the old fashioned way". Maybe this isn't top priority to fix, but I really hope they get to it soon. 😞

This app was so great. And then it stopped working. It has only worked once in the past 3 months and that was the week they were doing an instore promotion for the app. And now it's back to not working. Apparently Apple users have no issues though??

It doesn't work!?! I can't even open the app to use it?! Why did you change it?! If it ain't broke don't fix it! Well now it's broke fix it! I have tried for 2 weeks. I've tried everything to get it to work it just won't! Help! You took away my convience shopping now I've had to go back to the old fashion way getting in a long checkout line which I haven't had to do for years now! It really stinks! Please fix it asap!

This app used to work fine. Now when I open it, as long as the store wifi isn't wonky, nothing happens when I hit the scan button. And if I can't scan, I can't use the app....

I loved this app - until they changed it! Haven't been able to use it for 2 months. Ever since Wakefern decided they needed to put their name on the app. I've sent emails to Corporate but no luck. Just awful now!

I loved this app until today. An automatic update was installed that is no longer compatible with my phone. My phone is only a year old. Mobile scan should speed my shipping. But I spent an extra 40 minutes in the store today because nobody in the store could fix the problem. Why would you send out an update that disables the app?

Updated, now camera doesn't work. It was working great under ShopRite. They updated. My phone is less than 6 months old. Now the camera function doesn't work. I checked all the settings. Why can't developers ever leave working things alone?

Galaxy s10 on Android 11: Won't ever connect. I'm connected to the shoprite wifi, my phone tells me I'm connected and I also have to do the checkmark on the website saying connect to shoprite.... And this app keeps saying (over a month now) that it's not able to connect to the shoprite network

Pleeesse fix this app! I used this app for YEARS! When it changed to Wakefern it became unusable! So very frustrated, I may go to stop and rob where I can scan and go!

Follow up 4/2021. Seriously? Now the app doesn't work at all. What is going on? Do the develooers test anything before they roll out? Phone using Android 9! App using Version: 1.0.0 Base:2.1.0-009 Build:04/16/2021 10:5am *April 2019 to fix crashes created complete failure of the app. Will not work at all. Hope they can fix soon, loved the app and shopping with mobile scan for years. Please let customers revert back to old version until fixed. Should have tested before release of last update :(
