Claimed to have copied over all my messages but didn't. Can't trust that it's copied over all my other data either. Quite disappointing. Edit: Claimed to have copied all my photos over, barely copied a tenth of them. Music equally disappointing. Glad I didn't wipe my old phone, will have to manually copy most of my data. Status updated to "very disappointing".

It is a good app I think I have never used but like other people are saying that it asks for permission don't they know of they want to move their contacts then they have to give it permission so that it will copy your contacts photos etc for transferring. I gave four star because it doesn't have option to deny as other people are saying. You should add this feature the people will be own responsible if there any item won't transfer as they have denied permission.

Once u update the phone this app will automatically installed and without ur permission all access provided. If u want to edit the access.. it's no longer possible u to uninstall this app or edit the access

Whether this is spyware or not, I can't say. But this is certainly bloatware. It's installed by default and can't be uninstalled. I'm not moving anything to a new phone and won't be anytime soon, and even then everything is embedded to my Google accounts. So this app serves no purpose being in my phone yet here we are.

This app is totally useless, all the apps after transferred from the old phone have no record back up. Have to do it manually, that is no point to use this app anymore

I think it's a malicious app with a Chinese name . It has access to all the permissions from contacts to media to location and many many more. I can't even deny the permissions . There are like oneplus switch help you to switch the data between your phones but that does not require so many permissions and you can disable it .

This is a pre-installed app from xiomi and the worst thing is that you can't control any permission access for this app.. I never open it , never want yo use it but still it access my calendar, call logs, cantact, location, storage, SMS, telephone & there was not a single option to deny it.. Xiomi forcefully get my all those data . That's not good things.. This is too much .. don't buy any xiomi, redmi , poco smartphone , otherwise all your personal data sent to china.. DON'T BUY

Generates a WiFi hotspot with a password and doesn't tell you, and when you go to change the password it writes a new one. Impossible to use

I don't know about the privacy concerns that I saw others raising, but the application does what is described. Transfered the photos and videos perfectly with one button after connecting devices.
