I LOVE this app! I probably use this app way more than I need to because it's so easy to use my fingerprint in order to login and then get a quick view of where my accounts stand. I've had some issues with the mobile deposit feature when I need to take a pic of the back of the check but found if you hit the hints and then go back then the camera is accurate again. We use this every payday to make transfers and it's so nice to have this at our finger tips when we have several different accounts!

Ok Mission Fed, I've installed your app on 2 different tablets and 2 different mobile phones and i get the same errors on all 4 devices. Now I can't even login to the website on all 5 devices. 5 devices 2 old and 2 brand new and 1 2 year old desktop. Today I even asked a friend to try logging on his phone and same thing can't log on to the website. After clicking log in it goes straight to you've been logged out. So, 6 different devices on wifi, cellular or wired connection and nothing works

Virtual every time i need to use this app i have to reinstall to get it to work. Other than consistant functionality, app does everything you need it to do. I no longer live in so cal and have no access to any b&m branch. I have not had any reason to find a new bank locally.

Everytime you login, it asks to turn on your location, twice. So annoying. So unnecessary. Mission Federal, please fix. You don't need to know my location to check my account balance. You really don't.

You can't log out of one account and into another. It tell you you have the wrong password and eventually it locks you out. I have reset my phone and even removed and reloaded the app. Super frustrating

Pretty Much Useless! Everytime I need to use the app to check my balance, it either just loads and loads doing nothing, or there is a mandatory update that takes forever, ending up with a trip to the ATM, just to check my balance... then when its updated it requires passwords, and never seems to allow me to reconnect.

This app takes so long to load before even letting me put on my password that is ridiculous. I have 5g and it regularly takes over a minute to load is ads BEFORE I can even load my accounts. That's a long time when people are waiting on you in a line. Edit: was told to try wifi but it's not available

The more they update the slower it gets! I just want to see my balance and transactions not advertising for a bank I already belong to and never ending loading circles. They should switch app developers. Still slow to load even after June 2021 update. I just want to see my balance not advertising for a bank I already use.
