I am really suprised to see so many negative comments regarding this app and amazon which is not true. The QR code will be generated by service partner. It just took under 5 mins to diagnose my display issue.

Worst. In Amazon there's only one week time for replacement. And there's so many issues in my new phone. Yesterday was the last day I couldn't order for replacement because of such bad customer care service, it just directed everytime to this app and here the qr code just doesn't work, tried every damn code in the package! Extremely disappointed😐😠😞

Very very bad experience. Amazon deliberately built this app to punish their customer. This app cant scan qr code. Amazon if you dont want to replace your item simply write down" we cant replace your item". Turmiling experience with Amazon and this app.

There is no note in app which qr code needs to scan or any description. I am not able to return my mobile due to this stupid app which Amazon is forcing to use to make thing delay by which the return period will over. Well done Amazon .

Useless app. Can't find which QR code to be scanned. It fails every time. I have used all the QR codes that came with the package.
