This app is extremely frustrating, and essentially worthless. It constantly can not find my unit ( ACE all in one ), after having worked fine for a few days. I have to reconnect the Ace to my router each time with an ethernet cable, and then disconnect. It seems to work for a few days, and then the issue re-appears. Also, the app freezes intermittently, and will not display proper music information. SimAudio has been contacted several times, with only pathetic sorry responses, saying they can not help. DO NOT BUY SIMAUDIO PRODUCTS.

I am using on various phones and tablets and it works on all of them. I rarely have an issue. One of the better pieces of software I have for playing music. Very fast rendering of files and images stored on my Synology NAS. I cannot think of any changes I would want implemented.

Has serious issues. Not only does the app get stuck in transitioning, it never plays any Tidal tracks when it finally finishes transitioning. It's constantly in "stopped" mode. I can't believe the amount of money I paid for this POS. Seriously considering a NAIM.

I held back moving away from my my previous Logitech streamer which I used with a Moon 100D mainly because of the reviews here. With the Logitech now so updated I bought a second hand 180D streamer to partner the 100D. App works very well indeed and very consistently, streaming my huge lossless and HiRes album collection from my Synology NAS two floors up via Devolo homeplug networking. (All wired /ethernet). Will later upgrade to the 280 or 390 now I've confidence. App could be improved a bit.

Very basic app with limited functionality and poor user interface. The app hasn't been updated and my £3500 amp/streamer is back in its box. The hardware needs to be operated straight from the streaming app e.g. Tidal, Deezer etc. Customer service don't seem to understand how poor the app is.

I've had the app for a few months now running the 380D. While the hardware sounds great, the app still feels like a work in progress, which is somewhat disappointing as I expected a little better considering the cost of Moon's products. I have my unit connected to an ethernet connection. While the unit continues to play my music, the app on my phone loses connection constantly. Reading other reviews, looks like it's a common issue. Hope Moon releases an update to fix this.

Amazing hardware and provides great music experience. Latest software enables search in the local library in the nas - the main feature which was missing before. Much better in many aspects, thus I corrected to four stars. There are crashes from time to time, but can easily restart. A better edit of the listening list would be a benefit as well.
