For enterprise setups, but even then its pretty useless. Tracking is inaccurate even when GPS is on, its hit and miss. Lock device only locks the work profile not the actual device itself and even worse if you get hit with the issue of it not registering due to a "Custom ROM" when none is installed & the policy to check this is off. When connecting to a setup it virtually never finds the sign up ID so you have to type it manually. Overall its awful. Expected more from Cisco.

Update 2021-01-14: Woohoo... No more crashing!!! ----------- 2020-11-15 Since last update, app crashes on all 4 phones we use this on. All different, but all samsung devices. Meraki has not once acknowledged the error reports sent. They seem like they don't care much for Android support. Update: Updated today, to current version/new release, still frequently crashing, in a disruptive way.

While there is room for improvement, I believe that Systems Manager is a good MDM solution for organizations on the smaller side of the scale. The reviews here seems skewed by folks who may not have a complete understanding of what this app is intended to do.

If possible to re-allow sharing files from the device "from the actual device not only from the work profile", i was able to share photos and screen records from the device file manager earlier.

at first I thought it would work great but then it doubled every app I have on my phone thus making my phones space full so I cant do anything with my phone I tried uninstalling it doesnt work so what I want from YOU DEVELOPERS IS GET IT OFF MY PHONE THERE'S NO SPACE ON MY PHONE THANKS TO YOUR APP I WANT IT OFF NOW...

The app wants complete control of my phone and it can't be uninstalled. It says it needs to be deactivated first, but it won't deactivate
