Worst experience. Don't try. Waist of money and doctor book the appointment week advance and give only 5 min to discuss. After my VC meeting, still 3 days gone and didn't received the prescription and called many time to medanta reception n doctor but no responce. So suggest to visit personally. Don't pay for online vc

It's indeed one of worst App I came across. Nothing working properly.. no records found. Always shows error. Can't book doctor appointment untill advance payment done. Not at all useful. It's piece of junk.

I never saw such worst and irritating app in hospital like Medanta. No option to edit your relationship with patients, unable to see or download reports. No OTP on time. Such a useless app.

This is worst app and fraud medanta. I booked online consultation and paid 1500. After confirm consultation, when we joined the zoom app, no doctor joined it. After that i dropped the mail asking for either refund or re-appointment. No replies. I have dropped 3 mails for asking refund, but no response from them. Its a way to make money. They just take money and after that, nothing happens. No refund no nothing. This is very shameful behaviour done by such a big brand. They are looting common people. They dont even care to respond to your mails. Dont even try this app or medanta clinic. Administration is totally fraud. Shameless people.

Worst app ! I shall consider it useless as the doctor never joins at the scheduled time. It is like they will call then u join . It seems we are free whole day and can arrange accordingly. Service is also worst. They sends system generated mails and messages.

Totally ridiculus app. Doctors don't turn up despite paying the consultation upfront. You keep calling the help desk and get the same reply that doctor is busy. Even of tou want to cancel the appointment, you are told that money will be refunded in 7-14 days. Pathetic.

Patient is treated as joke You take appointment for Dr Naresh Trehan but he will never come for consultation, you will routed from on doctor to another and it doesn't matter how many days time it take. Online appointment definitely is the worst, won't recommend anyone
