This is a good start but the metrics are very basic and there is no way to download the raw data (or at least no way I can find) to make my own calculations. Without the raw data or more information gathered over more than a day, there is very little basis to tweak the charging settings. Please remember, the user is entitled to access their data and a simple export to csv option would go a long way to improve functionality.

Good start for a relatively new app. A little bit basic with the information available. The charts are useful, but there really should be a chart for battery level, and a way of expanding/zooming in. Also needs to be viewable in landscape.

Works ok but limitations in the platform when there are multiple inverters. Calculating the amount from solar has issues on more complicated setups. No export function for the recorded data. No zoom function on the graphs. Exact soc for the batteries is hard to see. No method of putting a unit into standby by to stop discharge after recent policy updates on the remote set side. No integration options such as time of use available on the main site.

Just had this installed. Cant figure out if any values are supposed to be inputted on the Set page. I've also yet to see it reach 99% lol. It does a lot of discharging to the grid even at 15%. Is that normal or shouldn't it save the power, i also see a lot of grid coming to the house power with no solar coming in. Just what's going on. I was told where theres daylight its charging.. urm no its coming from the grid, even on cloudy days. And it's only our 4th day.

Very slow to update, does not reflect the reality of what my house energy system is doing, does not agree with the smart meter most of the time. A very poor app.

Can't do a firmware upgrade. Support is non existing. Frequently imports from the grid and won't switch to the battery. Right now I have a full battery using 280w and importing 1027w. Should be the other way round.

Excellent App but there are no guides or info anywhere that I could find on what the settings are or do, could do with a default setting button to revert anything you change. If anyone knows of a guide or info on what the settings do please let me know 👍 Edit# just updated the app and now most of the settings have gone, why is this??

This last "update" (which is basically a downgrade) made me very disappointed in the company. I don't think it's fair at all to take away those setups from the end user.

since update I can't get into the app get a message saying username and password not recognised but nothing has been changed and no option to be able to adjust/ change anything
