The app only stays connected to my system for a few hours then disconnects. If you're away from home you're totally screwed because you need to be near the hub to reconnect it. It's incredibly annoying to have to keep reconnecting multiple times per day, the app is useless if you have any illusions about being able to control things remotely just forget about it, not gonna happen because it constantly disconnects from your system. Disappointed especially given the high price of their products!

1. Kids are sleeping, lights are down. Suddenly they all turn on. Why? My spouse triggered "arriving home" action. Why would that happen when a second phone (mine) is home already and logged into lutron account? 2. Maybe creating two separate accounts is the solution? Oops, you can't create a second account, you must share your password. That's fine when sharing with the spouse. But what if I want to give temporary access to visitors?

The blinds open to settings at times neither of which (settings nor times) exist in the schedules. Deleting schedules and app and resetting the blind to factory settings did not solve the issue.

It works. I have gotten lazy. I hardly ever get up to flip a light switch unless I'm already doing something or my phone isn't nearby.

It used to work great until recently, now it is total junk. They made some software change and ruined it. No better than really expensive manual switches now!

2 hrs and $150 later in paying an expert the bridge still can not be setup. Tried with 2 bridges. Thankfully Amazon gives full refunds. I'll be returning 2 hubs and 34 switches.

Resetting to 5 stars. Previous complaints about dimming issues with schedules is a Samsung smart things issue not with lutron's app.

Scheduled dimming rarely works since last update. Constantly turns lights on 100% 9/10 times

One of the primary reasons I have spent hundreds of $ on Caseta switches is to have the lights programmed off and on while away. All the Caseta app offers is "Smart Away" which is not very smart at all. You get a random pattern between 6pm and 11 pm. which is not editable. Only option is to create your own in Schedules. This means creating a single switch event schedule for each device. I have four Caseta devices and have ended up creating thirty On/Off events.When I travel, which is often, I have to activate each one individually. When I return I have to bring up each event individually and turn it off. And do you you think that is easy? The lame engineer who came up with this system decided to make it difficult to see if the schedule is activated or not. When it is activated the text is in bright blue. When it is Off the blue intensity drops by a few percent. Barely can tell the difference. But the main problem is one cannot nest the schedules you create into one main schedule. In my case it would be those thirty events nested in a schedule named "Vacation". Then maybe be able to place that schedule in Scenes. I have had this app for a year now and am very disappointed that it has not evolved. Update - June 16/21 and still I have to individually turn off and on some thirty events when I leave home for a period of time. All these events could be easily nested under one On/Off switch. Whoever is the lead coder for this app should be fired for at least being lazy or inept. Downgraded to one star.

About to uninstall/return everything. Can't create account in app since it doesn't think the password is wrong enough. When I verify it tho it's ok that time. Created account on como and password is ok. Now try to log in and it keeps telling me invalid password. Not much else I'm willing to put up with if this is how it's going to be from the get go...
