App crashed and won't load. Just charged for a annual subscription and can't open app. Trying to get a refund but absolutely worst app.

App constantly crashes. I can watch 3 screens of FloRacing at the same time, but can't watch one screen of LORTV without it crashing ever few minutes. Does not work on my phone, Android tablet or Roku. Everything has been updated, rebooted or reinstalled. Only saw half the race last night. May need to end my yearly subscription if these constant issues are not corrected. App worked fine at first and got worse with each use.

Now that lucas is mav TV how does this cross over with subscription? The lucas app no longer works. So am I out that money fornreet of subscription?

First subscribed monthly, then switched to the yearly. Yet, I'm still being charged the monthly. I've tried to email, which seems to be the only way to.contact you all. This has been happening since August I believe. Love the app and the races, but hate the customer experience.

I paid for the year subscription to watch LOLMS races only. After the first 4 events they have stopped showing even though they are listed in the live program menu. I've sent more than one message to customer care and they don't seem to care. Don't Waste Your Money!

Worked great for a week or 2. Won't play any live events on my Android device for more than 15sec. Even though I have a year subscription. Tried to watch live event on their website and that won't even work either! Junk!

Tried to subscribe, spent 30 minutes trying to figure out how to set an account up. I'm so frustrated I dont even want it anymore. Theres only a log in option, but no way that i found with my half asleep-just got off work self.

Did NOT sign up for recurring charges, and they charged me. Asked for a refund, and was not helped. This is a fraud, ripping people off during the pandemic. Shame!
