The Akixi app works in conjunction with the Akixi 1000, 2000 and 3000 service. If you're a service user you can view your reports on this app.
Akixi is a cloud-based call and contact analytics services company, offering unprecedented insight into how your contact processes are working and how you can optimise them for a game-changing, ultra-responsive customer experience.
The wallboard, available with Akixi 1000, 2000 and 3000, displays real-time call and contact statistics on your mobile device and gives you a fantastic overview of your business’s performance. The wallboard offers a highly visual display with options to notify you with a sound notification or vibration alert when SLA alarms are triggered - perfect if you are in a meeting, on the road or working remotely. It can be fully customised via the desktop application to suit your company’s specific needs. You can swipe between different reports on your mobile device.
The Akixi app also offers an option for enhanced features (chargeable). With this option enabled by your Akixi reseller or Service Provider, you can benefit from the following additional functionality on the mobile app:
- ACD Agent reporting and control
- Extension reports
- Group reports
- Unreturned Lost Calls report
- Calls By 1/2 Hour + Day report
