    I feel like all exercise trigger the exact muscles you need to look better and get rid of disturbing celulites. But of course they are fierce and too much. Still i really enjoy it.

    I have used this app for 1 month,15 days in one course and 15 days in another course but it doesn't help me in any way even I have taken diet.. that's why I suggest you not to install this app as it says you to repeat one exercise three times which is exhausting .. Don't install this app really bad and doesn't help 😔😔😔. This is my opinion but all of the above it depends on you whether you want this app or not but from my side it's a wastage of time instead of this I suggest you walk every day

    Nice app. But most of the times, the same workout is there continuosly 3 times on the same day. So doing the same about 60-90 times is difficult. Would like it better if the workout repeats after a few different ones.

    this app is nice but it has lot of exercises. i also tried other apps there is not more than eight or ten exercises but this app has eighteen exercises and that so repeated. I just left one star of rating because has litraly lots of exercises but I liked this app a lot because it can make the changes in our legs in just fifteen days. I tried other apps try make changes in our body in at least thirty or fourty days. this app is very nice.

    Warm ups at beginning of exercises,voice sound to help with your reps,nice short exercises, but you have to do your own cool downs but worth doing. I've done nearly 45 days of this app.
