    I have tried a few free fitness apps and this is by far the best. It's the only where I actually finished the 30 days. Several options of exercise plans geared towards the fitness level are included and available offline. As a beginner, I could find a plan where the work outs aren't too strenuous for me. Additionally, a diet plan is included free of cost. I am sure there are even more benefits with the paid premium plan, but haven't tried it.

    I've had this app for a little while, and so far it's been really good. The meal plans are free, which is great, I've never found that before. The plans are also vague enough that you don't feel limited. E.g it will say a salad with lean meat, so you can put whatever you want in, or even go out for lunch. I haven't done much of the workouts, they're fun though, I just prefer running. I've lost about .5 kg in a couple of days so I'd say it works well.

    Wonderful apps with common work out exercises. Not very easy to do, just right and keep me try harder. Easy to use with animated motions and video, clear voice sound. Also auto sync with Google Fit. Perfect apps for me to do daily activities and great to know about warm up, cool down exercises

    EDIT - I modify it myself and love it tbh. I actually enjoyed the app but I don't feel I got my money's worth by purchasing. After I completed the 30 days I paid $40 for the entire year but was only given 60 more days of workouts. After that nothing... no way to continue a plan, no responses to multiple inquiries about it. The first 30 days are misleading because none of the other workouts are the same style. All others are a timed structure and almost every single one has jumping involved.

    To be honest... This is a Damn good. One of fvrts app... No one can regret for download this masterpiece.. When the lockdown strikes our health mentally and physically, far from the breakdown personally I overcome all kind of stress through this app. I never attempt any kind of food pattern that the preferred. But I workout daily (30 days challenge, after that morning stretch, sleepy strech, belly fat, abdominal). Also I recommended to my sister and frnds.Now they too following these work outs.

    It's the best app... but only one problem is there... it gives us around 26 seconds to rest. But if we rest so much, we can be driven by the laziness. Please keep 10 seconds to rest. Also, you have to do 2 months of exercise of this.. but it's no big deal Bye!

    Great for just wanting to feel better don't know how much weight I will be losing but makes me feel good to at least try love this app super easy
