    app erfahrungen Only one downside, closing the app or turning off your phone screen pauses the timer for the workout, so it thinks I've only worked out for 2 minutes but its been about 17 minutes just for most of it either spotify/youtube was the front app or my phone screen was off so i could tuck it into my leggings while doing pushups or squats. Other than that, really easy to use, the adverts arnt invasive, good range, you can change how many of each exercise and tracks it in a clear way. Really good!

    erfahrungen Great App! I love how the exercises get harder as the days progress. Some apps start you off as a pro so I become discouraged. I paid for the full version and I am not disappointed. Even the meal plan is standard and not things no normal person buys at the store.

    apk I've downloaded this a few times, and not really stuck to it or used it much. This time I opened right away and it seems very well set up, and guides you from one to the next work out activity with short rest periods in between. I love that it also has the option to skip the rest periods or add 20 seconds as you see fit. Very well organized.

    premium apk I already finished my 30days and its awesomeeeee. Remember the main thing to achieve your goal is focus and dicipline 😊 always eat clean or all your exercises just wasted. I lost inchess for my arm, abs, calves etc... I also add some extra exercises instead of daily report, which is it took me 1 hour 30 minutes with this apps !! 🥰🥰 Just one question, how can I get another new starting of 1 monts after I finished the 30days ? Does anyone know ?

    app download OMG BEST APP FOR WORKOUT!!!! I totally reccomend it. Paying is optional but ads will be there (which does not bother me at all). This is an incredible app. It gives great results. This is the best fitness app I have ever used. Even after 30 days I will not delete it. Totally reccomend.

    It's very good if you're a beginner and don't want to push yourself much. The exercises for each day are very easy and it takes only 10 minutes to complete the drill each day. Also everyday you have to do not more than 7 exercises. Can't say about it's effectiveness or results but it surely makes you feel energized. I would totally recommend it for anyone who just wants to try their hands at work out but not for someone who actually wants major fitness results or expects intense exercises.

    I only just started and the exercises are good especially for the beginners and we can costumize it. But it would be better if you can add pictures of how the postures of exercises would look from diferent angles to better mimic the animations. Anyways, thank youfor the great app.

    I used this last 2019 and got the desirable physique that I wanted to but, after the 30 days, I went back to being overweight, so again, I started last March 31, 2020 starting weight-71kgs. (Feb 2020) then today,Apr.20 I am on my 22nd day of workout +intermittent fasting + balanced diet, I weigh 62 kgs! My goal is to achieve 58-60 kgs. Losing weight needs discipline, balanced diet and this app! PS. I am nearing to finish my 30 day-workout..what should I do? is it okay to start again with day 1?

    I liked this cause I lost a lot of weight and I think Its good for people who wnt to lose a lot of weight snd the perfect shape for a body. I t also gives you a perfect body size for the summer and you should have the perfect bikini body by the summer. I think if you have this game you should keep it until you acheive all 30 days. After I complete the 30 days I think I'm going to delete it and get it out again so I can do all the 30 days over again. So I think if you have this you should keep it

    It was not as good as some of the other fitness apps that I have had in the past I would not recommend it the sleep stretches were pretty good but It would not let me start the face slimming workout and that got me pretty upset and so I deleted the app. Guys don't get this app you will only get frustrated I wish that I could rate it a zero it really is not a very good app.

    Its a great app, only problem is it isn't automated to countdown for you when your offline. You have to let it play some add so that it can get automated even if you did it for all categories when u installed. Sucks sometimes.

    OMG! I am so out of shape, my fitness is zero. This app is wonderful, this is only my first week, I can already feel myself getting better. I've never exercised or bothered about my weight but decided a change is as good as a holiday 😂 I'm only doing the beginners round of exercises as already stated above why.     Pretty decent so far. I am a beginner, however I feel like I can do more after I have rested. So I decided to do the daily routine each morning. Then I night I go back and do the previous days workout as well. I like how you can click on the exercise and add more reps to it.

    Most reasonable meal plan I've seen. The grocery list feature is extremely easy and helpful. They break it down well. The workouts are pretty good. A lot of different options. And all for pretty cheap.

    I'm a total beginner and I've completed my 30 days workout plan. In this 30 days I learned to add more plans into the mix and it was fun to be able to target more on certain parts of the body on some days while going all out on others. Did I lose weight? Yes and no. Yes initially but then I gained it back, probably that was just water loss. It will take more than 30 days to lose weight and this app sparked my enthusiasm to keep on going. I just wish there are more variations of workouts added.

    It seems great, really but i was so disappointed that you need to pay to do custom exercises. I wanted to work on certain things but i need to pay and I'm not willing to do that.

    Acording to my age i was over weight but according to my height only 5 kg was more. This app is really helping me to be fit. Only after a week i find a lot differences. This is a very good app.

    I just completed the first day, app is very easy to use and it's a nice touch that it reminds you that its time for your work out. There are some ads but nothing too annoying. So far so good!

    This is a very good workout app I do it every day and every night I'm so fit now I love it it gave me recipes to eat and i didn't know how to make it the food is good and so is the app it worked for me so it will work for you try it now

    It's a good app and changes are visible after 30 days .I have done the 30 days challenge but there are no more exercises for the days after 30 . Please add more plans and days or else I have to repeat again

    The timing is good. But the whole exercise is a bit tasking for me as I have not done any exercises for over twenty years, so my body is a bit stiff
