Great ap. I have been useing it for just over 30 days. Feeling healthier and stronger. I like how you can easily change the time on exercise and if you swipe to the right there is more work out options and even more suggestions at end of workout. Also if you don't like adds (there not to bad) I recommend u pay a one off payment of I think $3 or $4.

First time working out in a couple years. Great target excercises, appropriate nunber of reps and perfect rest time to get you in position for the next excercise. Plus, there's none of that annoying accompanying music that may not fit your musical tastes. I can DO this! Recommended!

Couldn't even get started! Picked my first exercise after installing the app. The ad starts, then the video finishes and hangs there. There's no "x" to click on to close the ad. Clicked on various parts of the screen exccept "install" (don't want another unwanted app), and the ad screen just hangs there. Are you surprised I uninstalled it?

Love this app.. It is simple and quick and more importantly helps.. you can do a quick one session work out, or you can do a few sets of the workouts throughout the day. I use the unpaid version and it is just fine, I am sure paid is a little better...but the quick add here or there doesn't bother me.

I have completed the 30 days trial and thereafter subscribed and completed the personalised 60 days plan. But, I am unsure of how to proceed after this as the personalised plan is not updated upon completion. Those exercises to choose manually was quite simple compared to the personalised plan, with only 30s for each move. It is not really useful though, as my body is used to 50s per move from the personalised plan.

This is a very nice app. We could see the calories that we have burned by doing the exersise. But i hate the exercise called plank . That is so difficult to do. Overall the this app is nice except the plank. Just because of the plank i'm only giving four stars 🌟.

I love this app. It helps me lose weight without doing a workout for 30 minutes-1 hour and it actually works. You also get to pick what you are working on. Like if you want to do only legs and not full body or abs there is a workout just for legs. 10/10 recommended.

i tried the 7 days trial and wanted to cancel immediately after but it took money off my credit card a day before the trial was supposed to cancel. i want a refund immediately since i didn't choose to pay for the next 30 days. i tried cancelling my subscription, couldn't do it, there was no information on my account about the payment too

Love this app, I have been very idle lately and these exercises make me feel active again, I can feel my muscles getting activated. My target is losing weight but I am sure this is going to tone my body at the least (since I don't follow a healthy diet ro lose weight easily)
