This used to be a good app but it's just getting more and more complicated. Worse of all, the notifications are just off the charts. Way too aggressive. Constantly bugging you to buy more care packages, etc.

So far, it's been a great app. u buy foodollars and get extra, ie, i bought $50 at up in smoke for $75 to spend. the app then gives u extra rewards that can also be used to pay for the order cost. once u work out the process, its super fast and easy to pay, u click ready to pay and its literally done. faster than other payment options

Can't even get my money from liven after spending time talked to their customers service. They can only offer me to talk to the bank I cancelled the card I purchased the fooddollars from to get my money back or give my money back in Liven dollars in Liven app. The Liven app I tried 3 time but can't even use due to they upgrade the system. I am not so sure how is that make sense

It is a good app I've enjoyed, but for the past few days my app wouldn't work. For a few times, I've lined up at a participating store, trying to get Liven cash, but the location services wouldn't turn on and the staff and I struggled over making it work. It never did. It felt so awkward to struggle on this app while the queue piled up. Can someone help this out?

It is a discount so good, but you have no idea how many times i ended up paying with money only because they make it do hard to understand how to use the reward... (or easy yo gorget to change it, every time you have to enable it)... Then they released the new version (20th April 2021) and they changed that again, looks like they want to amke it even harder to use the free reward 😒 not good.

Since the latest version of the app it has become tricky to use your Liven rewards towards your purchase. Before it was displayed on the same screen, you can toggle to either use it or not towards the payment before pressing pay button. Now you need to remember to press change payment method everytime you want to use your Liven coin. Isn't a big deal if you accumulate a bigger amount before using it but if you use it everytime when paying, it was more convenient before.
