This app used to be great at giving cashbacks. Now you barely even get a coin even if you spend a lot. It only gives centavos unlike other apps. Although it is good at tracking transactions, I don't think it's worth it anymore since you have to at least gain P200 to be able to withdraw unlike other cashback apps that have no minimum amount for withdrawal.

Totally a legit earning application. About a year ago, did my first cash out. So excited for next year since I have a pending cashback of P2k just by filing up forms which I landed on thru this app.It's an awesome experience to be actually earning while you spend on items that you buy online, travel for personal or business reasons or order your favorite meals. Great app! User friendly, so far no issues. Some just take time BUT the bottomline is I earn while I spend on important items. Thanks!

You can't actually get the cashback percentage it claims with this app. It will say 15% cashback but you can only earn less than 1%, or almost nothing. I'm reading through other reviews and the developer replies "thank you for the feedback and we're sorry for your experience" but they're not doing something to resolve it! You're just fooling people with your false claims so that they will install your app.

A few times it's happened that pending cashback has just suddenly disappeared. I can have $5 in confirmed and $8 in pending and the next day it'll be $4 in pending and still only $5 in confirmed and there's no way to know which transaction is now missing to be able to make a claim. I'm quite vigilant on my amount so to know that it is missing but no way to prove it is frustrating

Besides the fact they allowed my information to be hacked (and hence I'm now swamped with spam calls/SMS) they do as advertised. Nice way to earn some extra cashback on your normal spending. I believe security is much improved but was badly dealt with including their communication ever since. I recommend using a prepaid number & possibly an alternative email to protect yourself incase it happens again (spam calls/SMS are relentless even a year later)

I initially rated this app with 2 stars only but now since it worked as I've just checked there was reflected cash back amount in my account made me feel somehow satisfied... however it's just 1.25 cash back from the cost of my single purchase of 1,305 pesos.. Hoping I can earn higher cashback for my next purchases using the app.

Love this!!! Worth the extra couple of minutes to see if they offer from where you are buying. App can get glitchy though when trying to get their extra rewards, even when uninstalling and re-signing back in app doesn't work properly so I don't bother with their extras

This app literally gives me cashback in centavos now even if I spend a lot of money in the online partner stores. There is not much point in using this if your cashback only amounts to centavos. This app used to be better in giving cashback. Now it seems it's just a waste of storage space.

Too long to get the cashback. Most of my cashbacks are invalid or not accepted. It was a great app at the beginning but as time goes, there are more and more terms and conditions which are unfavorable to the users.

I bought 2 Bakery Cuisine $5 vouchers and tried to use one at a location listed. But the staff was given instructions to only accept $2 value voucher and forfeit the excess voucher value while I still need to top up for the product price diff. There is no clear system by Shopback for users to file complaints on errant merchants so I put thru mine via the so called live agent on the website. Didn't get an email with case no or anything from its website for follow up. So much for being a tech coy.
