I use this app for a single garage door and for that it works fine. It opens and closes the door. I've found the push notifications to be slow (several minutes). I often receive both the open and close notification at the same time and only after unlocking the phone, so it's not really a "push" and defeats the purpose. I wish it had some additional features such as "remind if left open" and compatibility with Google Home. Finally, the constant join/link Amazon Prime pop ups are annoying.

My brother is the "owner" on the app and we are "co owners" but it doesn't let the co owners fix the garage opener when it's messing up. I have not been able to connect my phone to it since we have gotten the new opener and app. And it has been several months since. Literally the worst app experience I've ever had. It wastes time trying to connect and then no progress is made when trying to get the opener to learn my phone. And all of the extra beeping and light flashing is unnecessary.

No Longer Able to Connect to WiFi. Not sure what happened but the last update seems to have done something that now makes me unable to connect with my home WiFi. It tells me that I have a "weak signal" but in the same area I am able to stream movies and watch streaming TV. So if I am able to do those things then I don't know why I can't connect my garage door opener. Very frustrating indeed. PLEASE FIX ASAP otherwise I will have to delete the app as it is of no use to me.

USED TO WORK until recently. I basically had to start all over and now won't connect at all. Doesn't recognize anything. Can't get past the Choose the Wi-Fi network for your Hub screen cuz it only shows BLANK no matter how many times I refresh. This app got worse in the last month!!! Never had issues before September...it is now October...I've already updated this app two times and it's still BROKEN. What did you guys do??? Aren't updates supposed to fix bugs and improve the app.

App worked previously. Then, stopped working. I can see the devices including how long each device has been open/closed, but, can't control from my mobile device. Browser works fine, allowing me to open/close all devices. Just not from mobile device. Verified username and password of mobile app. Followed all troubleshooting tips. Uninstalled and reinstalled. Now, they say the browser is no longer supported. I want my money back from the gateway I purchased. After two years...still doesn't work.

Once you installed for a first time work great, but if you ever have to remove and reinstall, forget about, all the nice things going down the drain, to begin you need to contact MyQ rep, which are Extremely helpful and courteous, but the system doesn't help them to help you, then once they reset the system back you will installed but always keep saying out of line and you can't operated 50% of the times . . . Good Ideas but need to redesign

Do NOT use this app. This app can be glitchy. I can't explain it, but sometimes this app will inadvertently open your garage door without any user input. This happened to me which resulted in items being stolen from my garage. It's not worth the risk - you are better off figuring out an alternative option for opening/closing your garage.

Last update erased everything. I signed in again in my account but the account doesn't have any backup or any memory of the devices that you have. I tried to setup again the garage door and it stuck on the last step. I tried everything, nothing works ever uninstall and reinstall the app! I see that many people on the reviews have this problem.

The app is atrocious, one of if not the worst conceived apps I've used. This does not make my home smarter, actually makes it frustrating and is a step back from being a smart home. Connection errors abound, password issues forcing me to reset my password on each login, failure to find the hub everytime I've tried to use it from outside, and when combined it makes me want to pull what little hair I have left out. This is a semi-cool concept that would be great if it worked. Sadly it doesn't

This is the absolute worst garage door opener app! If I could give it 0 stars, I would. The app refuses to work with my LiftMaster garage door opener. My router sees it; it sees my router. They communicate. But, the app will not connect properly. I've called the Chamberlain Group; they suggested Port Forwarding commands on my router. That didn't work. They said to disconnect my DVR because it runs on the same port as the opener. What?! Change that then! Absolutely horrible app.
