I paid way more than the estimated price and my voucher didnt work. I had to go on an ATM and withdraw money because the App couldnt take money from my account... 5 km for almost 15 € in Prague. Custommer support doesnt care and dont respond. Use another app...

Very easy to use app and it worked perfectly without any glitches. Our driver was friendly, drove safely, and picked the fastest route to the airport. I have used similar apps in other cities and this was definitely the smoothest to download and set up on my android.

I have recommended liftago to several other hotels and got them to mine as well. Now I pre ordered a taxi to the airport in the morning. Guess what. It came with the highest fare. Almost 900 crowns for what I usually pay around 500 to 600. App deleted and we'll move to uber to a different supplier. I checked the availability as well and there have been way cheaper drivers around at the same time. Never again.

This app sucks. Needed a ride at 2 am. Got an offer of 650 CZK, which is a lot more than normal. But I was pretty desperate, so I agreed. After 1 hr of waiting, no driver, app only told me he was late, but not his position, I had to cancel the ride and walk. You suck, Liftago.

For our 2am transport we have used liftago app. After selecting route we got estimate of 100-130 CZK, good price. Only to see flat price of 175CZK when selecting specific driver. I see this as a manipulative. On top of that driver should come in 6-7 minutes. According to the app. Driver came in 3 minutes and we were charged extra for driver waiting. Again, app lying and trying to charge extra.

I would give 5 stars , but there is one thing missing: cannot order a taxi for later hour. Allows only 15 minutes later for a Pick up.
