    thinkpad I am using k5 vibe note for almost 2 years it was gud, but suddenly from last 15 days, when i restart/switch off & on it takes almost 15 mins to again on the screen, it shows Android is starting (optimising app 1 of 1)...then starting App i deleted almost all apps which i recently installed inspite of that still i face same problem.

    yoga I used Lenovo Vibe K5 plus for 3 years.. They never gave any Updates.. It rather be patch or security updates nor OS update... They are just launching the phone and then go and hide somewhere when time comes to give software support to their customers.

    Please don't buy Lenovo Ideapad model, this is worst laptop, even customer service is very worst. They won't pick your call. Within one month there was a issue incountered i.e not able to resolved by any support team.

    dont buy lenovo laptop ever.worst service.purchase a Lenovo laptop 3months ago.. it hangs so much from the first day. I thought the performance will start becoming better once I use it..theirsupport team call me 2 times & They said everything is ok. I need to upgrade the ram from 4 GB to 8gb. I mean it is insane.     Useless. Just a storefront for selling lenovo products. Didn't detect my device. After manually choosing my device it didn't change the options. There is no technical support option, not even an "email support" address. Just links to a limited knowledge base of all lenovo products missing my issue.

    I have a Lenovo Yoga. Good value device versus the cost. Runs perfectly fine, but I had some SD card questions. This apk however does not work at all on the Yoga. In all fairness it states that "it may not be optimized for my device." Where is the one which is? Developer has emailed me and I will update if anything comes of it.

    Needs work. Warranty check doesn't work if you input the IMEI. Login doesn't take you automatically back into the app, as logged in. You need to re-enter the app manually. Problem is, it looks as if it didn't log you in, but it's also not giving you any errors. So it's just confusing. The idea itself is not bad, but the implementation needs some work. And testing. These are issues I found in less than 5 minutes. I'm sure a good tester would find them too.

    If I could give less than 1 star I would, it couldnt even get past the log-in page of this app. Get getting 'Network Connection Error' when other apps im using are having no problem with my network connection.     It's more like a lenovo marketing app than help, Lenovo forum has been a lot confusing these days. More than often you get no solution for very basic problems from the forum. Suggested procedure never works. Seems like Lenovo is hell bent on killing it's smartphone market. No worries as this is my last one from them. I seek help from other sites for simplest of issues rather than befuddling my mind here.

    I'm having trouble with a D 330 that I just got on 6 September. Bought directly from Lenovo. The app was of no help. The service centre has it now. They say that the motherboard has to be replaced. They won't consider a complete replacement even though it's the motherboard that's being replaced. I'll be without my device for atleast a week. I absolutely need it for my work.

    very bad app. It cant recognise my Lenovo yoga 2 tab 1050f. The checks it does to the device are very basic, "does your screen light up" for example, the help is "restart your device", and it cant even detect battery cell details like aida64. I used it to see why my battery doesnt last as much and it only checked if it charges or not, while in aida64 it showed i only had 5700mAh out of 9600mAh cells remaning, effectively ihave 60% battery left alive and no way to fix it. Thanx Lenovo!

    it couldn't able to track problem which i could noticed. when am record my voice its clear and good but when am using google assistant and other voice stuff it could not work when i make call then microphone could not work it couldn't send my voice to another person or other party. it forced me to use earphone and Bluetooth headset during phone call. make sure your app track these type of fualt in computer or other device because these functions are the main function and important . thanks

I wanted to see Lenovo's own system UI based on Latest version of Android ...     NEVER BUY LENOVO. I've been a good customer for years (4 tablets and 2 laptops) but updates are not pushed out. My 2 year old Yoga Tab 3 is stuck on Android 6.0.1 Marshmallow and Lenovo will not be updating to a newer version (confirmed with their support team today). V6 is no longer supported by Android meaning this 200 euro tablet was sold with a shelf life of 2 years. It's just not good enough. Support is just about impossible to get, when you get a chat assistant all they do is give you links to pages on the web site that you've already trawled through! Forums are not manned by support staff there's never an answer to queries there either. AVOID LENOVO.

    app is okay and much better than the website, bu warranty Police e.g. is offline. support just forwards you to their terrible support website and doesnt even autofill product details... 3rd time i bought a lenovo laptop, 3rd time i regret it. i had to wait 3 weeks for a support email answer which asked to answer them to confirm my laptop can be turned in for repair only to find out it is noreply email and after 3d the service request got closed by them since i couldnt answer.....

    On diagnostics all it does is basically ask wether or not the thing in question is working right. Although some things like sound do play a sound. Then all it does is asked if you heard it. App was quite disappointing. only the warranty part was ok. And you cat get that on their website. i immediately uninstalled the app so it doesn't waste my space.

    A10-series tablets not supported. Pretty much abandoned, though they were being sold as recently as last year. (I picked up an extra because - except for the can't-be-turned-off vibration - they're real workhorses. Very limited menu choices. Slows tablet significantly.

    Service request details are not properly updated and no matter how long you wait, chat support is always busy. I waited 1 hour but still couldn't connect. And BTW Lenovo products sucks. My new laptop stopped working in just 8 days. It's motherboard died. Can you believe that.

    Your YogaTab 3 Pro is potentially best device on what we have Like Nokia N900 that made whole thing changed in the era of phone. but Now Lenovo....not only no more support from firmware side but also zero support for apps on those devices.     Original app test battery status sucessful.but after upgrade to this version it shows bettery dignose test fail. after disabling and abling the app , it start as original app then battery test read sucseesful .but after updating it it agsins gives false result in battery dignous. When i try to contact lenovo help through lenovo loging it always show network error even though i connected with Internet.
