really good, once its setup which is fairly simple, i can see where the car is, how long its going to be the only thing i would say is, the fairs are usually underestimated,but not by a lot, really good app i always use this for taxis now, they have always come really quickly, never had to wait long for it to be dispatched good service

The App is great, you can book taxis in advance or ASAP, see an estimate of the cost, get real time dispatch and tracking information as well as leave notes or call the depot/driver direct. You can also set up online payment so there's no need to keep cash handy.

I have used LA Taxis on a regular basis for quite a while now and can honestly say there service is professional, friendly and reliable. From your initial call to the actual arrival of the taxi to your destination. Taxis always clean to a good standard. Drivers, friendly and knowledge. Receptionists always polite, friendly and approachable.

First time use of the app it did what it said on the tin. Lovely driver only could of been an issue if I was none vocal as he had the great park address to drop me off when in fact I was going to Benton. Never mind teething trouble only to be expected. I was happy how easy it was to order taxi and rely on it coming on time thank you.

Great service,, prompt courteous,,mostly local drivers,,,drivers are good at listening to any complaint about fare price. Some non local try to charge you too much,,,,,but I refuse to pay,,,,sometimes I can be asked for double the price,,,,off that happens I pay what I paid to get there then take his number and call the office,,,but I wont use any other company

Generally excellent, but occasional bleep when sent to incorrect address. Not at all impressed with your new system. Taxi again sent to incorrect pickup address. I was at Morrisons Cowgate, but unordered by me, the vehicle was sent to Llidl Stamfordham Road! I was given no opportunity initially to give my correction pick up point..having declined my home address I was informed I would be picked up from Llidl I rang correcting this and asked to be rung to confirm your receipt of this message.

Works a treat! Often used to book taxis to central station or the airport (early in the morning) for work travel. Always found the app easy to use and taxis arriving when expected. I particularly like the email-receipt feature too. Thanks!
