HiNearby allows you to discover new people around you.
It shows a map with markers on users locations with the name and photo and allows you to access their facebook profile by clicking on their name.
The app combines facebook discover people and nearby features.
You can find people by their location but unlike facebook nearby its not necessary to have them on your friend list.
