Hello! I tried purchasing a ticket 3 times now with no luck. Once through PayPal and twice through Visa Card. I am not able to complete my purchase, haven't received a receipt and fortunately my card had been charged either. Now I was able to purchase a ticket via a ticketmachine since I had some time but if anybody is in a hurry it's difficult to explain to the conductor why a valid ticket can't be produced since your app doesn't seem to work. Looking forward to your reply!

I have no clue how this app can fetch data so extremely slow even on WiFi. If it weren't for buying tickets, I would instantly uninstall this app. Also, it is absolutely ridiculous that one has to enter personal data to pay when being registered while none is needed without an account. And of course, I have to retype my payment method's details again on every purchase.

Terrible app, I can't finish purchasing a ticket. It always says 'unknown error' no matter what payment type I choose. And guys, the English translation is a joke, right? Edit: I opened the app recently and it billed me twice for the ticket I couldn't pay earlier. Awesome...

I bought two Wochentickets for my boyfriend and I. First I bought mine, and I could see it. Then I bought his, and I could no longer see my ticket. I closed the app, and when I opened it and refreshed the tickets page, I couldn't see any tickets anymore. I didn't get a confirmation email and it doesn't have the option to choose a country when adding your information.

Terrible app. Even with the English language most of the things are in German. Bought a ticket (selecting the journey from the app) to the airport and on top of the almost 8 euro the driver asked me to pay another 4. While the ticket bought from him was 8.50! I definitely not recommend it. Better use another one.

Cannot carry over purchases from one device to another! I mean, in any other app if you log in from another device, you can see the purchase. Here, the purchase is linked to the device and non transferable. Unbelievable.

No explanation of which ticket is valid for what... you probably have to be a Cologne resident for at least 10 years to get ahold of what is the meaning of these tickets. Even with a solid understanding of German language, it is still impossible to figure it out, only the simplest one.

Impossible to buy a ticket without account. Date of birth is invalid not even mentioning which format is valid. Via mobile number and credit card the app is unresponsive and doesn't show why it failed. Who the hell is doing UX here.

In general a good app though since the last update I had to pay a few times a ticket from somewhere else because the app has errors by tickets' purchasing. Update: after reinstalling the application the problem was corrected.
