The new app is ok, more modern and shiny than the other one. Is it better? I am not sure. You couldn't miss unpaid bills in the old app, it had notification badges on the main page. The new one does not have it, so you don't know if you have any, unless you manually check. That is my biggest gripe. Everything is bigger in the new app, larger fonts, larger icons. Smartphone screens get larger too, it would be good to use that space. But good overall, thanks.

Ux is terrible. With these huge and ugly fonts the screen is crowded, the app is slow and unstable. The old one was definitely better. And only in Icelandic, no English??? C'mon guys, it's 2020... In 2018, I was on a widely-advertised ÍSB event, when they told EVERY part of their apps and the website will be 100% translated at least into English. Well... they issued a new app only in Icelandic.

With every update the app becomes less usable for non-Icelandic speakers. WIth only 400.000 people in the world speaking Icelandic it would makes sense commercially to include English. I see feedback that it's "on the agenda" for over a year now. Personally i only want one Christmas gift: an English version of the app.

After the update I couldn't figure out where is the wallet and I still dont know. and why would you change the name of it??? without letting the customers know. I had a lot of troubles today in the stores when I was going to pay for shopping. I got used to the app and changes are hard because it's only in Icelandic and I think you guys are forgetting that foreigners are big group of your bank's customers. It is not nice to don't have an English version of the app. It is a discrimination.

Let it be available in English language too ,only the native speaker would have seen the beauty of the updated app in term of information .The bold features of the updated app deserve commendation
