App is quite hard to navigate, as in to find the important information, for example: your portfolio (supposed to be accesible in 1 click, not trying to find it in each tab). Basic information about Koinworks only covering loan grades & late payments. Newbie investors should be warned that they may not receive full amount of profit due to lender paying before the due date. On a side note, the Customer Service is quite responsive and helpful.

Can't invest in lending, because all fully funded. Trying other functions for lending but nothing as result. Trying loan for testing, it's been almost 3 weeks still under waiting for review that said can be done in 5 working days. Only to get each week an update for another extended 5 working days. Maybe by the end they put, "sorry your application rejected" after wasting times. But who knows, by that time i already deleted the app

Been using the app for years. Starting out of curiosity used p2p option and I've got quiet restructured payment, so my cash stuck. The gold investment gave me the same story since it charges the spread price high, over a year, no profit. The Robo option though is more reliable as the payment is on schedule. I would recommend this one👌 As for CS, they pretty reachable. I hope I can still trust my fund here for the long run with Robo funding 🙂

Can't even login because they do not send the OTP even after tried to resend it 3x. They also hold my money for over a year now. I have minus in my balance since Jul 2020 due to unpaid loan. Never ever will use this app again. Your product team and risk management should work better.

I am clearly dissapointed in this app, since it did not notify me even if there was a default of payment. I was not sure why my account value (I have not given any loans at the current moment) was less than the total deposits that I have made in total since I have used this app, then when I do asked the support staff of why of this is so, they sinply replied that there was a defaulted payment that they prev. never even notify me. I am still waiting the support team to notify me of this problem

Good rate but app UI/UX is confusing. Top Up UX is frustrating, no clear guidance for the ones who uses smaller Banks. Getting the recap of the $ is super confusing. Repayment is cut by Commission which I knew nothing about in the first place.

Very bad and not friendly UI, please do compare your UI and other P2P players for your reference. Very hard for me to understand about my funding in your app.
