I have found Norton to be very reliable... very easy to open on my phone or my laptop for quick easy access to my passwords. And as far as cybersecurity is concerned and viruses... I've been very fortunate do in no uncertain terms to Norton's ability to spot trouble. I've used this product for many years.... can't say if it's the best but it has done great for me.

Lost everything. Don't get a new phone or risk losing everything. I got a new phone and wasn't able to reset my password, since it requires 2 factor from an authenticator app, which I no longer had due to getting a new phone. I called technical support and they hung up after a 50 minute wait. Then I tried chat, but I stayed on for an hour before leaving, since my place in the queue kept increasing; I went from 39 in the queue to 50 to 14 to 23, and so on forever.

Great app, runs perfectly so far and I have had it for several years now. Love how I don't have to remember my passwords and how it autofills in forms. Also how it sends a vault unlock request to your phone from your computer to protect your passwords in case someone else gets on it without your permission. A definite must have.

This app is a lifesaver. There are always new logins that I am adding for different sites or services. Norton Password Manager let's me not just keep track of them all, but it lets me use stronger, more secure passwords without the worries of forgetting them and having to reset. I appreciate the dashboard reminders about stale passwords or passwords that used to meet strong requirements but are now falling behind. Only 4 stars because some features aren't as cleanly integrated as could be.

Poorly thought out, over priced, no support. I can't believe how much I hate Norton 360, so much so, I will never use any Norton product. Peter would be ashamed. From day one I was disappointed by the adhoc components, the layered launchers, the limitations of the Cloud Backup, which never worked, I can't even turn it off. Was somewhat impressed with LifeLock, with no real value, pursuing it works. Because nothing else does. Vpm doesn't automatically start, but constantly turns off with notifica

Very dependable, but some websites now ask for the login ID first and the password on the next page, which causes some confusion. Norton is working get passwords to work with with smart phone apps but still has some improvements to make. To be safe, you need to copy the password before signing into an app so it can be pasted into the appropriate place.

Thank you. You fixed the repeated copying issue. Now when I copy my passwords, it does it only once and not repeatedly. I really appreciate this. There is still the issue where it won't stay open when you switch to another app, but I'm still pleased that you fixed the copying issue. Thank you very much!

This had been so FRUSTRATING! I think I've been able to access this app twice. I always have issues signing in. I have to go through the Username-Password-are you a human cycle over and over and over and 9ver and over and over and over until I finally give up...annoying, right? That's exactly what I think. I can't stand not being able to access this account. So I actually think I'm being very generous giving a 3.

Perhaps I have missed something... I would like to be able to categorize my accounts. Also I have a couple apps that have fields that have nothing to do with usernames/passwords that the manager wants to insert something in. I used to use Last pass, but I didn't like the idea of paying for a password manager twice. I miss it from time to time.

Would be nice if it actually worked well 80-90% of the time. Clunky, slow, won't work with up to date apps and software. Blames Google, Microsoft, Motorola, etc for comparability issues. Took almost a year to get the fingerprint to work with Android 10. Doesn't show log ins for constantly used apps.
