I ordered after 2 pm and got a call for confirmation and items arrived the following day. Unfortunetly 5 eggs were cracked in 1 crate as the it might have been mishandled and also there were some items which were taxable and VAT was applied which was really confusing. Overall the experience was good but not fully satisfied.

Horrible. Do Not Use. Ordered 2 times. No deliveries. Bad communication. Bad service. If you cannot provide service during lockdown then shut your store and do not take orders. We were told 3 days for delivery. Then 5 days. Then 10 days. We have run out of food because of this experience. Horrible. Shame on you.

A grand total of 0 professional service. Ordered on 20th May. They intially said the delivery would be on 22nd May. Called them on 22nd to check the ETA. Said they could only deliver on 25th May. 5 days for your grocery, no thanks!

Kirana doing good job in time delivery and free delivery above 2000 out side ringroad and price reasonable. But can improve in packaging . Once i received atta package with small tear on it . And also with soya chunks . And please sell items with packaging date on it . And if it had review section it would have been great.
