What a dumb design. It gives you a qr code, which doesn't want to scan. Makes you look like a complete dumbass, trying to scan a code from your phone while the other customers standing in line, curiously watch your strange actions. Why not just provide a numeric code or finish the order via the web? Did they actually roll this out without testing?

pointless app. the use of an app would be so the food is ready when you get there. not so you have to wait anyway.(except you skip the order line i guess) and the payment station doesnt work in all places.
