Pathetic app. I couldn't do anything. I wasted a lot of time on this app. Updating after one year. I humbly request you to remove your app from play store. After a year your app still keeps loading, Shows expired offers, cannot select an order. Your website is good but your app is the worst app. Please optimize your app, your UI has problem like text overflow from each title. Sync your product offerings based on user location and have uniform Product offerings accross website and app.

For the SECOND time, I've paid for an order using UPI, but after the payment succeeds, the app just refreshes and says there are no orders and the outlet says they haven't received the order either. They ask me to dispute it with Google pay, which really does not work either. Then they force me to reorder, stating that I'll get my money refunded. But I never get the money back. I just spend double. I don't know if this is a glitch or a deliberate scam that KFC runs once every few orders. Shamful

Useless app. Worst update ever. All contact info are non-existent. Provide the store's contact number or the manager's number. Delivery is totally BS. If you plan to have dinner, order by noon itself, otherwise you will get it by next day only. All my saved addresses were deleted with this update.

Worst experience .. not at all worth your time .. this app only kills your time ... When you want to order the app says this item is missing.... No cash on delivery payment option. This app sucks.. disgusting... I have tried for hundred times but not able to sign in ... U can't even sign in. Do not waste ur time....very bad. I feel like giving 1/4 star or not even worth ... Will never ever order from kfc.

Money deducted, order not placed. When called customer service, it takes 10 minutes to connect to a real human, after which the service expert says "Can't hear you". Pathetic. Such a big brand, such an abysmal service. Never ordering from this app again, and I suggest no one should.

I had done payment thrice but order was not placed and money also was deducted i got refund of two payments but one more payment still i did not receive.. even after sending emails from one week calling customer care then too iam not getting resolution, please remove your app from playstore instead of fooling people, did not expect this kind of horrible experience from kfc app

So many bugs, whenever I am trying to place an order it says we are fixing the issue but nothing is happening, have the latest update version, reinstalled multiple times still the same, it is asking me to orrder through phone number, too much trouble to place an order, shifting to Mcdonalds for now as I am HUNGRY!!

App asked me to update. Did that and the new version still kept asking me to update. Thought the update may have been corrupted, so uninstalled and reinstalled afresh. Still it asks me to update. Update what and from where no idea, since clicking on the update link brings me back to the same play store page. Really bad experience

Ok I placed an order my money was deducted and the app still shows order hasn't been placed, at the counter in their system the order isn't there but they've deducted money. Like what kind of thing is this. And the staff I met was less concerned with helping to resolve the matter, so horrible and annoying
