Seems like there was no proper caretaker, i did not get the blanket at first and after asking for 5 or 6 times, he gave the blanket. One complementary water bottle is supposed to be given but i did not received it during the whole journey. The driver also allowed workers to sit in the corridor and fill one compartment of two passengers with five workers, due to that one passenger lost his mobile phone and one other lost his shoes. Bus no. UP78FT22 from Jaipur to Kanpur.

It was good I have few points for ur consideration please. 1. You should give concession at least 15% for senior citizen. 2. I am travelling from last 2 and half years from jaipur to Rajnagar almost every Sunday. My point is that their should be different rent for rajnagar and udaipur from jaipur . Udaipur is 75 kms away from rajnagar 3. I also observed that few passanger quietly smoke. Conducter should keep a check .

Totally disappointed😞 I had taken ticket from Jaipur to muzaffarpur but bus didn't go to muzaffarpur instead they dropped me at gorakhpur. Timing of bus was 5 pm but it start at 9 pm. Don't use this.

shabby bus, poor services, dirty mid way stoppage, unwanted passenger in the passage. if you like to experience HELL , travel with these buses.

Poor class service, I booked a single sleeper from bhilwara to jaipur, and before booking i have confirmed that bus will drop at sindhi camp or not but receptionist tolt me that yes sir last stop is sindhi camp but when i reach jaipur, bus driver stopped bus 6km from sindhi camp, don't book 😡

Very pathetic service . Late by 2 hours in arrival. Stops after every half an hour .

Do not use this app for reservation. I swear they are worst when it comes to services. Buses are very dirty and seats are very very dirty. I would not suggest anyone to use this app and kalpana travels. Moreover their only work is to make money and provide people with worst service.Again I say never kalpan travels.

Very worst service.. No proper blankets and heater was not working in winter season You can imagine travelling without it in this severe winter.
