Are you a one-legged jumper or are you a two-legged jumper? Well, this program will help you maximize your vertical jumping potential off one leg. This app develops the muscle groups utilized when executing a single leg jump. A single leg jump is much different than two legs, usually you have more momentum moving forwards and you will put more emphasis on your ankle. This program uses exercise to isolate a single leg and involves:

- Plyometric drills
- Progression jumping

- Upper body training (for jumping momentum)
- Flexibility
- Ankle strength & mobility
- Fast twitch fiber development
- Feet, Footwork and Balance
- Good Control and Timing of Glute Explosion (good function of the glutes and controllers of the hip)
