It would be nice if you have Wifi Connect adapter in your cool control 1l socket.. that you would check the milk level and temperature from JOE .. but nothing about the cool control shows up in JOE!?

I have the exact same issue as another person regarding the new Z10. The machine will connect to my wifi, however it refuses to display the machine on my devices. I've tried Android, iOS, doesn't matter. I've restarted, factory reset, given all privileges, cleared cache, tried different wifi networks, channels, bands. You name it and I've tried. There is a serious bug on the Z10 models. For $4300 this should work perfectly! Unless this is fixed with a firmware update asap I'll be returning.

Absolutely useless! Latest model jura Z10 brand new comes with wifi module, the app adds the machine to home wifi network (i can see it is a client) but then the app never finds the machine on wifi network. Repeated setup 10 times taking the module out of the machine and clearing the app cache - same result. The support is clueless, sent multiple emails to jura support both local and the main office. My 10$ wifi powerboard app works solid but my 4200$ coffee machine app is junk and never works!

Dissapointing. Can't upload recipes to machine. Making a connection is extremely slow. Shows notifications near immediate and is then stuck for minutes in "connecting" before a coffee can be "ordered". 20210917, Months later, nothing changed. Still shows "you are connected" AND "connecting" at the same time. Under those conditions it shows all that happens on the machine but won't let you order from the phone.

Works very well, interface is okay. Just please ditch the loading animation when starting the app and go directly to the connection screen.

Poorly designed on Android. The application is buggy, deletes products when adding new products You cannot personnalise product names so if you want two slightly different cappuccino you have to go in the product configuration to see the difference rather than simply be able to rename the product. You can't combine drinks in one touch manner for exemple double cappuccino. There is a bug where the strength selector does not work. On iPhone it seems to work much better. On Android it is totally useless, a marketing gimmick, I am returning the dongle today. This is so bad it is harmful to the Jura brand in my opinion.

Great app. Allows for easy customization and to make the favorite coffee quickly and away from the machine. Two things that would be great to improve on: When I take out container from milk fridge connected to the machine with Wi-Fi for cleaning, application freaks out and doesn't start even espresso, just shows error. If phone looses neteork during sending the command to the machine, application can gets stuck. Back out from preparing mode to fix, easy but still a small inconvenience.

'data being transferred' pops up when I go into the app, before I make changes. I get that if I make changes it would do this, but it does it a lot and it takes a long time to wait for this data transfer. Data should really only transfer when a change is made. Otherwise works well. Galaxy S10+. Jura Z8. And their reply is in another language. I can google translate but come on. - They told me to clear the cache. I have used the app 3 times and already have to clear the cache? I will do this.

Doesn't work. It can configure the wifi network on the machine - but then afterwards it can't find it anymore. No way to manually configure it either. 100% useless.

App works as intended IF YOU ENABLE LOCATION on a Android Device. No Location services enabled, and it simply does not connect, even though BT only works in a theoretical maximum of 100m (unobstructed non-interference area - ie. open field away from ANY interferences). I find it completely useless to have this as a pre-requisite, esp when three of my German cars connect fine to BT with no location access needed. Initially I had many issues getting the phone to update the Smart Connect software, and a factory reset of the Adapter, as well as re-pairing with the phone fixed this, eventually. Would rate higher if location was not needed.
