    Great app for the most part. I did the 4 week full body challenge and it started off very easy but then went from 0-100 in like 3 sec. Some exercises are too hard just to do due to flexibility and the push up day is just way too many push ups at one time for anyone to do. I like the fact that I don't have to think about my exercises but I think this needs to be catered more towards everyone and not just super athletic/fit people. Good for the most part. Just make it more everyone friendly.

    App is very good, but I have one suggestion for full body training.When i trained,back, leg and stomach workouts are just right for me, but chest workouts are too hard and when I lower the intensity of chest workouts, back, leg and stomach workouts become a little easier. Add the option that we can choose the intensity of training for a specific part of the body.

    This app will change your shape. It works for me at age 71. 'Abs Beginner' is tightening my abs and core. The voice coach is a real help misse half of the days this month, but see the benefits so I will keep going. The app seems to change up the routine's order.The ads work without getting in the way, thank you. I think it would be a great update to pick an age group and adjust the routine accordingly. But this ab rocks, maybe too much at 71, oh and what about AI to get after us, drill sarge myb

    Unfortunately the most recent changes to the full body program are a big let down. Full body means full body, rather than a program incredibly skewed on chest only (with a variety of push ups that makes it too heavy), so and so on abs exercises, incredibly boring on biceps and triceps with zero effort and injury prone exercises for both groups of muscles and no one single exercise for legs. Full body? No, full push ups. From hero to zero in a few updated versions. Shame.

You will find during training exercises, a personal/added weight options to your choice.     This app is awesome great work outs and I felt I got stronger pretty quickly, I feel and saw significant differences in muscle tone and strength in a couple weeks. Now if only it can make me chose to eat right! :-) There are adds and I feel they are reasonably placed, not very intrusive.

    Based free to use fitness app. Very good experience with it, has helped me get into bodyweight more. Maybe the upper body exercises can be a little heavy on just being varying forms of press ups but its not like theres such a thing as too many press ups anyway.

    The app is amazing and every update is better than the older version! One slight problem tho is that everytime I exit the app for a few mins and then come back the progress resets. I've had it installed on two android phones and the same thing kept happening. I suggest adding a save feature where you can come back to whichever exercise you stopped at if you accidentally closed the app or something like that. But overall this app is amazing and I can't think of a better app!

    It's a good app, easy to use, and I like how the full body workout takes me through different muscles. I wish the full body workout would include legs though. I know there's a separate lower body workout but, still, it would be good to have the lower included in the full body workout. That would make it into a complete routine for each week with different days for different groups of muscles.

    I don't feel I got the benefit of the full body workout. In my opinion it was focused only on the upper body. I probably have to do so called "full body" and lower body exercise together to get the experience I was looking for. Other than that great exercises and I really feel much better after only a week.

    Gives a pretty solid workout routine. To make things more difficult I'd either add more weight or do more advanced versions or a workout. Doing more reps can also help as well as taking shorter breaks. This is definitely great if you cant head to the gym rn, doing these workouts could help you maintain a healthy amount of muscle. These exercises are mostly just calisthenics though, so the app is more for people who want to stay fit or attain more lean muscle mass.

    Love this apps interactiveness, enjoy the timers , they call out the instructions, pretty much everything with this app is great. Along with being able to keep track of your daily workouts, so when you know, we the people like to do, "fib" , we can just look back and keep ourself honest. Great workout recommended for anybody.

    I have started my third 28-day full body challenge today! Yes, it is initially not *full* body as other reviews said, but if you increase difficulty different types of exercises get mixed in. I enjoy the app! 🧡 Maybe just make the "Done" button bigger so it is easier to use it during a workout? Don't give up, guys!

    Really i first downloaded it and used it but the exercises were too hard so I just stopped using it but after two weeks I tried it again not fully completed every exercise but after the review it just lowered the exercises suitable to me and it's really amazing to get a personal trainer.. And now I can feel the change in my body structure.. This app is really useful and I recommend everyone who doesn't have ideas about workout or need a good private home trainer..     The membership appears to be slightly too expensive, however the app, even free, is the best one I've ever used. Looks great, runs smoothly, great help for future workouts and current ones. The workout I did was too difficult and the app actually asked ME how it was. Excellent service. They adjusted the future workouts to fit my current (overweight) body-type so that I can get the best out of the workout. Great job! Make more affordable and I'd even sign up as a paying client.

    This is a great app that I highly recommend. At the start of yet another lockdown I decided I wanted to stay fit at home and so I tried this app. I did the 7x4 full body challenge and I love how the workouts there target all major muscle groups, how they get increasingly harder over time, and the "personal coach" feature which adjusts them according to your feedback. The results were indeed impressive. The only reason I'm not giving it 5 stars is because I'm disappointed in the app now that the challenge is over. Working out every single day is not something I can keep up with indefinitely, so coming out of the 7x4 challenge I wanted to start a new routine where I work out 4 days of the week and I wanted it to be a more or less seamless transition from the last workout in the challenge. However, there are no other full body plans available and all the advanced plans have considerably fewer and easier workouts than the ones I had been doing towards the end of the challenge. They also can't be adjusted by your feedback. I subscribed to the premium plan thinking it would unlock a "personal coach" feature such as the one available in the challenge, but all it does is get rid of ads, which I'm okay with as they're not annoying (another plus point for the app). If they ever add a permanent full body plan that continuously adapts to your feedback and preferences, basically like the 7x4 challenge but without the commitment of doing it every single day and without a set end date, I will update my rating to 5 stars. I would even be willing to pay a premium subscription for this feature.

    There would be useful to have the option to enable/disable only the countdown at the end of a timed workout (3... 2... 1...). There is where I tend to end the workout, not afther the "ding". It is not a great inconvenience but, for me personaly, this would be a great feature. Excluding that, this app is awsome. Helps a lot. Love it!

    I've been using this app for over a month now and managed to complete the full body workout within 15 days. I am currently doing the advanced chest and abs workout. Ngl, it feels really great when the intensity kicks up and you can literally feel your muscles pumping. I recommend you to add the feature to automatically switch between exercises without having the need to press done. Thank you for the great app devs :)

    Great workout out app, I've just recently started but I can see the difference already. I use this app three times daily, and the setup is too good cause I get to set my own schedule, it has reminders, incase I forget😅or just being lazy. Ok get to set my goals, eg. Two weeks I want to lose 5kgs, then the app will recommend the workouts I should do, and how often in order for me to reach my goals. Great work guys. For me it's a five-star workout app👌

    The app is very good , and I've been working on myself with it for more than a month now, this app increased my muscles too much. I am a skinny guy and I eat a lot . With this app I think most of my eaten foods goes into my muscles. There was muscle soreness only one time at the start, but now there is none even with the workouts twice the efficiency of mine. This app increased my confidence and also decreased my feeling of insecurity.

    Great app for home-exercising! It's got just enough exercises on the free subscription to maintain my body between gym-days. The timer-system is good, and the instructions for each exercise. I like that you have the 'done'-button after certain reps, I can take my time to perfect technique instead of having to be "fast" with each rep. You can customise and keep track of your workouts easily, and the different levels of exercise (easy, moderate, hard) is great for progress and short-term goals!

    Seems fantastic so far. I'm working muscles I didn't know I even had. Such variation. It would be good to have the option to be able to set the Calendar to a Monday instead of Sunday start (The week starts on Monday!). Also to vary the different intensity by body region: e.g. upper body is to hard - make that easier, lower body is to easy - make that harder. Otherwise, this is a seriously good app.

    Great work out app, reason I gave it 4 stars was because it's a little clunky to navigate to downloaded workouts and to filter between free workouts and the ones that are part of the premium membership. If they could add a tab on the left hand side that displays all downloaded/free workout available for free users that would make it more user friendly. Else besides that it's a great workout app and I would definitely suggest paying to get rid of the ads.

IIt is very good but they didn't make an appointment for legs that's why I downloaded this app to get leg excersise and this app is the best. I am a U15 footballer an was a little weak.     I used this app in 2019 and really enjoyed it. I didn't make it very far into the whole body workout, but it really mixed up the workouts nicely. I decided to start using it again, a few weeks ago. But, the whole body workout has ONLY been giving me upper body workouts. I have yet to encounter a lower body day, and I'm 2 weeks into it. I'd give it 5 stars if it worked the way it did when I used it in 2019.

    I appreciate that, I have to admit that was quite a shock, just FYI I do really love this app, the variances in routines and large amount of free content is great even the voice inspiration is a nice touch, The fact you can track your progress and bmi etc is all well placed add ons I may even look at going premium one day, but that as a day one routine was a massive kick-😬 and I feel like this will exclude potential users, a some what "baby mode" would be my only recommendation.     Dear leap fitness group, I am your long and very satisfied user. But after an update i came across a very concerning issue. please make each workout day type in 30 days challenge (Push up days, back days, abs days) separately adjustable via coach function. For example, Push up days are easy for me (after using old version with more than 100 push ups per day), but if i make my plan harder, back days become too long and tiring. Please fix this issue.     Keep up with it every day! Update: back in 2019 this app had me in the best shape of my life with visible abs and I felt great. Fell into a pandemic depression and getting back to using this app daily. Combining the monthly challenge with the ab workout everyday and getting cardio when I can. After just a week I have so much energy again. Can't wait to get these quarantine pounds off and get back to looking how I did two years ago. Honestly can't believe this is free with minimal ads.

    Love the simplicity, UI, and all. I have a suggestion, please implement vibration feedback option when timer starts and ends. My phone speaker is damaged, I dont get cues when to stop, I have to look at screen. This will also help, when you have to do exercise in a room without disturbing anyone, and still getting vibration alerts.

    Nice exercises, some of them are pointless but most are worth doing. Great variety and some sort of personal workout plan works well. But the stretches they implement in the workout sessions are not all inclusive and do not target every muscle group used in that specific exercise. If you don't know what you're doing you might be put off by the lactic acid build-up that is supposed to handled by the stretches. Would recommend but do your own research and stretches afterwards to avoid discomfort

    This app actually makes me get up and do it by sending notifications reminding me how many days it's been since I exercised and that I need to exercise at a certain time every day. It's not judgmental because it's got a robot voice and it just tells you what it's working out and when it's good for. To top it all off you can go at your own pace and pause whenever you like when you're just starting out. Deftly worth the download because I've already lost 15 pounds a pending weight

    Definitely good in that it is helping me work out more, but between exercises it sometimes stops and gives me the option to start the next exercise, which I like, but for stretches at the end it doesn't do this and I end up scrambling from cobra stretch to chest stretch (or I just ignore the app) as there is no time to get from floor to doorframe. They give 3 levels for each type of exercise (chest, legs, core etc) but no way to modify the level to better taylor it to your needs.
