    Amazing app. 15 years old. Did the whole body workout 4x7 challenge and (before being in good shape but not a six pack or big biceps or anything) I have a decently formed six pack. Also simply great UI and easy to understand with good guides on how to do the activities. Only thing that can be slightly annoying is not being able to carry on a workout from where I left off if I have to go for a few minutes. 5/5

    Ads are a bit much but the workouts are great and well explained. Easily 5 stars, and would easily pay ten bucks or so, if I could connect all the different workout apps offered by this company so I could just plug and play a more tailored routine.

    Can you guys please make an app similar to this but just based on yoga. Please. Please. I like your app very much. This is so much useful to me. And I feel so good. But in the same day sometime it feels that I should do something else light. Yoga can be perfect for that. I have used your other streching app. But that is too light.     This is a really good app for getting into home workouts. The workouts themselves have good pointers on how to keep a good form, and (the beginner ones at least) are well paced. The ads in the free version can make it clunky and a little annoying to use. I paid the pittance to get rid of them and now it's a really smooth experience.

    Great App, just a few little drawbacks. I started training Saturday 2 minutes after midnight, and than trained again on Sunday, start was at 23.55h and finished after midnight. But app sees that as two training sessions in one day, Sunday. Buttons for +20sec, skip and image/example of exercise are to small! Other than that really good and useful app! Uzdravlje!!!

    Its decent enough, I just feel like there's too many exercise variations. Doing the chest workout, I found myself wanting to just do more pushups rather than small sets of 50 different useless pushup variations. But otherwise, its not too bad.

It has got beginning, intermediate and advanced mode.... so helpful... plus it has 7*4 daily challenge which is also very systematic.... If you can't complete given workout and feel exhausted.. app reminds you after 30 mins...

    Bad pacing. I did the beginner exercises almost every day for about two months, and at the end of that time had no trouble doing any of them. By the time I'd finish a workout I'd barely be sweating, so I decided to go up to intermediate This wasn't a mistake, but it wasn't great either. The amount of exercises, and reps required have drastically increased to the point where I'm wondering if you're actually supposed to go from beginner to intermediate. This app really needs to look at its scaling

    First of all, love this app. Recently got it and am so excited to see the result after the 7x4 challenge and after doing workouts in general. However, i am a bit skeptical. Because after seeing what the developers say this app can do to your body and muscles (provided you follow the workouts) it got me thinking: can it actually do that, and what is reccommended for me to do in terms of workouts? I am doing intermediate workout plans. If someone could respond, would greatly appreciate it.

Currently I am having BMI 27 around and fall in slight over wright catagory. But very soon I am getting atletic body and post my review about this application.     So far I love it. I have full on excercised in almost 10 years. Ive been post military screw that noise for almost a decade. Im getting older and ready to get into shape. This app is fantastic for getting back into it. Rest when it says, picture guides for the workouts, skip omit of its too much. Only has ads at the beginning and end of the work out. Once the beginner work outs get easy, i think i might purchase the premium plan. 8 to 15 mins a day and so well organized. Cant beat it.

    Amazing app. Ads before and after workout but in no other places, which for a free app is excellent. You wont get the fake results advertised on other apps, but I have been using it now for 3 weeks, and the results for me are incredible, especially since no money has been spent and no weights have been used. I am going to continue to use this app every day. My only suggestion is to swap the exercises you do, as the "full body" section is only really for upper body. Reccomend very highly.

    It's good, but it needs to better explain many workouts like the prone tricep pushup and some of the full body stretches. Also, I've been doing the 7x4 Full Body Challenge and it seems to be very biased on arm exercises. There's core exercises too, but they're too easy (way easier than the arm workouts).

    It's a really great app. The exercises are realistic and the coaching tips help a great deal. However I recommend that the animators be made to reflect one's current body size and how it progresses/becomes the goal body shape as the workout progresses. This will make the workout more goal oriented.

It offers many stretching exercises as well as workout plans, and it accompanies you all the way. The only complaint I have is the ads. They occasionally get in your way, but they're nothing more than a very temporary minor inconvenience. Download this app. Seriously.

    Great app. Very easy to use which really helps me to exercise and if your short of time there are quick workouts. Of course like all exercise you need to keep at it, but it's had been a week and already I have noticed an improvement, both physically and mentally. The only reason I have given it 4 stars is because it would be useful if it had a warm up and down section with stretches (or for them to Incorporated into the exercise routines if you wanted) that would make the app perfect.

    Awesome workouts! App gives helpful advice for posture and technique during exercises. And the workouts dont let you get away with a halfassed result. I always feel challenged and encouraged to push harder and get better. There are difficulty levels for every person. I am new to working out, but I know my time isnt wasted with this app. I would recommend it to anybody looking for a solid, reliable app.

    Full body workout challenge is upper body only. Need a real full one with some legs exercise in it. It would also be useful to tag/star additional workouts for quicker access. Workouts are fine, challenges need some rest days here and there. Also there are too many push ups. It's not clear whether the workouts are adaptive using my feedback (exhausted, easy, etc...)

    Absolutely love this app, but my one big suggestion is to remove the BMI thing. It doesn't account for everything, so it isn't very accurate. There are some short but very muscular athletes, and even just muscular normal people like bodybuilders that weight a lot, but it's purely muscle, but the BMI will tell them they're overweight or obese. Take it out and you'll get your full 5 starts. Overall, love the app though

It also keeps track of things like your weight, calories burned, workout plans and more. Would recommend if you're looking to just get started and not worry about the details.

    The icon for the app isn't indicative of the quality you get from from downloading and experiencing the workouts! The routines have workouts that can challenge all levels of fitness (you will get a good burn!), there are adequate breaks along the way, and it even has a robot voice coach that gives really helpful tips to keep in mind for good form. Overall it meets every expectation of mine! If your unsure give it a try. It could be enough to start you on your next fitness journey!

    Absolutely worth it!! I am tired of going to the gym and joining expensive memberships. This app let's me go at my own pace in the comfort of my own home. The only thing I will knock is: When I run on the treadmill I can't input the calories I have burned. I only get to know what i burned by using one of the pre-made workouts. It is still worth it though. I love this app!!

    After 3 days working out, app works great! User prompts are easy to find. Exercise bot does a great job of showing you how to do each move.. I've only done intermediate workouts. Haven't tried any of the hardest workouts yet. I've done enough, however, to highly recommend it. I like having a program that provides variety.

    A very good workout. So far I am on day 4. The workouts so far have been about 10 minutes. I did day 1 and 2 back to back, same for 3 and 4. I assume the workouts will get longer. They are all bodyweight so far but I have been adding arm weights for a more strenuous workout. Will do it for legs as well. One weird thing about languages, I set it to French and some of the countdown and description (seems to be numbers only) is in French. Most of it is in English with a very heavy French accent.

    Workouts are good and helpful. There are two issues am facing. 1) I am okay with you giving ads before and after workouts, but the type of add that are popping up I have complaint on that. 2) I suggest you provide your own videos as example rather than linking to someone else's YouTube videos, the issue is some of the videos are blocked or no more available.

    The basic workouts, and the 4 week full body plans work incredibly well!! Prior to trying this app I didnt believe I could actually gain muscle without the gym. 2 big issues though: 1. The calorie counter is insanely off. According to the app I burned over 600 calories in 40 min, just from some ab stuff and lunges. The exageration makes calorie counting for dieting harder to keep accurate. 2. The pay wall - I'd be happy to pay for the full version if it didn't cost $20.

    Good variety of exercises with lots of helpful features. Although you can repeat individual exercises of the 30 day challenges, you can't repeat the challenge itself. Also calories burned shouldn't be measured in dependence to the time spent doing a routine, much of that time could be spent not exercising. An average time would be more accurate

    You can't listen to music and the voice over from this app because the voice over has a lower volume than the music. Also the app shows you more calories consumed if you take a break within a set which leads me to think it uses the time of set instead of no of reps to count the calories, which doesn't make sense because when the set is too hard, you want to take a break but still do the number of reps. Everything else is great, hence the 4 stars.

    Brilliant. I usually use the Ring Fit Adventure, but wanted to explain re more options. I'm doing the full body work out, beginner, mon-sun. I've just finished day 5 and sweating. I've addapted it slightly incorporating jumping jacks after each break whilst I wait for my skipping rope. I have also gone into my ring after for different excercise in the same cost area as app has be doing. Amazing app, thank you!

Each time i use the app i feel like i have an instructor who is really keen on making me become a healthier version of myself. Although i still can't figure out how the app determines the amount of calorie burned based on the duration of the exercise.

    Quick, easy to follow workouts. Many available free, paid upgrade available. You choose a muscle group and the app tells you how many or how long to do each exercise, with videos and text descriptions of each. Positioning prompts, like "breathe in on downward motion" or "do not bend your elbow" assist while you're doing exercise movements. Great app and hard to believe it's free. Quick and flashes after exercise is completed but you can exit the ad easily.

    Nicely put together app, just an ad at the start and end of each routine, with beautifully demonstrated animations of each exercise if you're unsure, the 7 day challenges are well thought out and you can even move the routine order around if you'd prefer (I like to have one of the stretch exercises at the start of each routine). Strongly recommended, in a world of apps rammed full of ads that make the app unusable, this series of apps really shines! Other developers: pay attention!! Thanks guys

    I've tried a few of these routines and I'm actually impressed. They're short and don't seem challenging at first, but as you get doing it I could feel the effort I needed to complete the reps. I'm "good" sore the next day. I trained a lot at the gym, about 5 times a week before COVID and this app has been a saving grace for a great home workout and new ideas.

    I think the only thing missing is the ability to set certain workouts for certain days in advance like a gym calendar. Doesn't seem worth paying for yet but could be in the near future with added programs and something that incentivizes paying for it. Great workouts though, clear instructions, pleasant voice for the workouts, nice difficulty options but lacks depth, easy to use weight and program tracker. Overall 4.5/5.

    This app is great as it stands. The developers could add more features for an amazing expierence but that's up to them. Already this app is good enough for anybody who truly wants to make a change to their body, also for people who want to save some money from not paying for a gym membership.     I'm currently using the free version that contains ads, they are short and you are able to close most of them right away. The exercises and stretches are great and you can speed through multiple workouts if you need more out of it. The app in general is pretty user friendly and I'd say rather well designed.

Would definitely recommend has easy to follow work outs, has in depth explanations of each exercise and a video demo option which is great, considering it is a free app with ads , they dont get in the way of workouts. Definitely recommend this for anyone wanting to workout from home during this isolation time!

    Use it for more then a year now reallly love it. One down size Most of the exercises I add 10-20 more..now There is no increase in difficulty even after you rate the dificulty at the end of the exercise. Other then that it's really great. Started to have little back problems near age 30 after I only run for years. This app really got all my core musceles back in shape Can run and do heavy lifting once in a while with no back problems.

Other than that animated exercise demo is impressive, at the same point of time you can also watch video library for exercise technique.     Never been inloved on such an app. I just hope this app get a major update. Like adding more features, such as: Diet tips / Diet plan for gaining and losing weight; Adding some other organized workout or exercises for improving agility, speed, strength, etc; And many more!! I just hope that this app gets bigger and bigger. I still leave it a 5 star though, just because I am so inlove with the app! ♡

    I'm on day 18 and it just gets stupid from here out of the 28 day challenge 🙃 new exercises that you are not prepared for and one you should've been working on alot earlier in the process. Day 19 it calls for 76 push-ups in different forms but its getting stupid 🤪. Definitely seen results and love video explanations could use more detail in body posture and alternatives would be nice, side bridges hurt my knees. Great app for free. Also more time between switching stretches. Thank you

    Great app helps a lot for me to exercise at home real results if you work hard as scheduled ... But one thing that will make me give it the fifth star ... It should tell the users which exercise they must start with ... It's all about you to organize your training if you do all training 1 after 1 you will get exhausted.. schedule your training by yourself be sure with which one you want to start ABS ,Arm , chest,or leg ... Otherwise it's great app 👍

    Ridiculous skill levels. The 'beginner' push up level where you can claim to do '3-5 push ups in one exercise' left me on week 2 day 1 doing 12 push ups with rotations as a single exercise in a 12 exercise workout. I'm young and already fairly fit, however for anyone who wants to get in shape using this app the easiest skill level is near impossible to achieve. The developers need to add at least 2 lower levels from their current difficulty adjustments.

    Nice, economical motivational exercise App; their historical tracking failed to sync/use my Android date. So there is historical tracking differences - I'm ok with this data inaccuracy. Ultimately, it's free price means users tolerate their targeted ads.     This app has been very helpful for the current situation because I'm able to still get a challenging workout indoors.     My experience with this app is great. Im a daoly user and ive burned over 25000 kcalories since i started using this in March. Im stronger, i bit bigger, and healthier and even though im bigger i weigh less. Problems are 1. When you use this app on another device theres none of your progress as expected but the voice guide changes and everything, you cant edit ypur exercises and yeah if somebodys reading this please asspciste this android account to my iphone account charles harper 17

    It is an amazing app, however, a tiny issue I hope they resolve in the next update. It asked me how many pushups I can do in one go, and I selected 10 to 15, not knowing that I will have to do various kinds of pushup in one session. And now I can't change my level without uninstalling and setting again!

    There is no option so that I can customize or make a bundle of selective exercise for my personal exercises... Example : i want to exercises for my arms and abs or chest and arms or chest and abs etc and want to select some of exercise from any bundle such as chest , arms , abs , legs etc there is no option...and also put some natural meditating music... I hope you understand guys what i am trying to say...

    Great for home workouts! I've only used the beginner exercises so far, and I am sure the exercises and myself will only get tougher from here. The automated voice is great for keeping me on track. Beginner is not too strenuous so you want to come back to another workout 1-2 days later!

    It's not often you find an app (especially a workout one) that isn't focused on making money. So much available for free and even though there are "premium workouts " there are still a large quantity of free workouts Eating right and two workouts a day (with some cardio) and I'm down 10 lbs in a month

    This app is really great for beginners. The reminders are good and it only takes a few minutes a day. I've already been able to increase the amount of pushups and squats after 2 weeks. It's just gets you moving without having to plan your own workout.

    I love this app. Being a rugby league player i use this app to keep my fitness level up and be more stronger in the upper body. I went away from it as i was training regularly for league but now in isolation i do a workout every second day . I am almost complete with the full body workout and feel stronger than i have ever been. I highly recommend this app to anyone who wants to become strong or just be fit.

    I love it, great benefits, you can do yourself without equipments, very effective if you follow the procedure correctly. It is very good for the beginners. Once you practice it you'll get use to it. It needs determination for an individual. And belief in one's self. Practice makes it perfect. You can do it anywhere.     Variable exercise are really good, but need more time to pause between each exercise, we need min 20 seconds. But the app has only 10 seconds pause, it's hard be ready for next exercise.     I would like to give 5 but there are some suggestions I would like to say, there are no worm worm-up exercises in the begining of the daily tasks. The first step for any kind of workout are the worm-up exercises. They are missing. I would recommend you to implement those in it. Forther more there is only one fitness tracking device supported in the app, try to add more tracking devices. That's all I can suggest, apart from this the app is good and easy to use.

    The app is good. But, the issue is that after every alternate day there is workout for only push-ups. Its difficult to only do different types of push-ups continuously. It's difficult to do one whole workout only for pushups that also 8 to 10 types of pushups.

    This is a great App! I am using it almost everyday along with two other Apps from this same developer! Great exercise routines! Plus it provides an estimate of calories burned. An option to create your own workout with all the exercises that are in the App will be a great addition.
