This got me started on my journey of understanding different excercises and getting into a routine. I don't really care for gyms and wanted to do something basic to start off with no equipment. This was perfect for that! It keeps track of when you worked out, and what you did that day so it's easy to keep track of everything! I've been using this app for about 8 months now! Great app for beginners and advanced people alike!

It reminds me to work out at the same time each day when I'm doing nothing better...so I actually get up and work out... the workouts that say beginner can be challenging for people who can't yet do a push up. If you find yourself in that position I would say do the work out anyway even if you have to modify it..you will see improvements.this app makes it a little addicting to work out which is great!

Very good app. I love it very much. It has helped me do workout at home. But there is a problem. Pls make a workout plan that we can modify according to days. There are only 7x4 workouts but what if I want to workout for only 6 days? Pls solve that issue. Otherwise I love it.

Thumbs up! This app is great. The routines are like taking a hammer and driving a nail down a hard wood with one blow. I mean in 11 minutes I've done something I could spend an hour on. I 110% recommend it to you who do not have time to make it to the gym and you reading this right now.

This is a great app to get back into the work out flow. If you do these exercises three times a week, you can easily add on more as you get used to it, whether it's free weights, HIIT training or otherwise. Use it as a stepping stone to get to more personalized routines.

Easy to follow. The timer and instructions remind me of HIIT classes at the gym. While I know exercises to do, I often get overwhelmed attempting to create my own workout plan so this helps provide the direction I need to get going first thing in the morning.

1st time using it. Simple to use & clear instruction when doing the work out. The timer display & showing the exact exercise is very helpful. You need to research the workouts before trying them out, to reduce the risk of self injury. Tapping a select workout does bring up an illustration & a quick video. Can't wait to incorparate this into my life!

At general, very good app. It has many exercises for different body parts, including difficulty levels, and all for free. It also has body statistics analyzer which is very nice. I would love if they will add upper&lower body planners with different difficulty levels.

This is just brilliant. The guides show how the exercise is done and the level of workout is perfect for those starting off. The adds are not so bad at all. Its really only a minor intrusion to get to use this wonderful app for free.

Seen a lot of progress. However I feel the levels are a big jump from each to each. For example with legs you go from 23 work outs to 36. Would still highly recommend though you just have 6o figure out how to build yourself more with the level you have now before you jump up.
