    Surprisingly great app considering its free. I have only tested the "Full body" and "Lower body" challenges so far and they are great. The only complaints are: - Not enough stretching at the beginning and end of the training. - The "full body challenge" essentially targets the upper body. Would have like a program for the whole body, 3-5 days a week! Good job guys (and girls)!

    Great in home workout! I have gotten a few new phones since using this though, and my progress doesn't come with me. For instance, I did the 30 day challenge a while back, but when I get a new phone the last parts of that circuit are locked unless I do it all again. That's my only knock. Been using this for a long time and really happy with the compressed, useful workouts.

    I used many apps but I have to admit that this is the best work out app. Can you imagine that I built a muscular body out of this app. No heavyweights needed, just a set of instructions and guidance to follow. The app is well designed, with work out plans, a section where you add your weight and calculate your BMI, and a full report given to you after every exercise. On top of this, there are no ads to bother you and you can even use it offline. In a nutshell, this is an awesome app!

    I'm liking the new features. At least now it can synchronize with either Google or Facebook which is great and means that you don't have to start from scratch once reinstalled. I also love the training sessions. Let me keep at it and then upgrade to the premium version once I'm done with the free one.

    Tried doing the upper body and lower body routine 28 day challenge, and it was a great experience. The first 3 days all of my body was sore (haven't worked out in months). It targets certain parts of your body every day and gets more intense as days pass. Even has descriptions, gifs, and video examples in case there's confusion. I learned alot of different stretches and workouts to add to my own custom routine. And this was only 1 part of the app. Also the ads are so unintrusive!

    The best exercise is the one you will do. Home Workout is good because it offers short, targeted (mostly) body weight exercises (a couple of hand weights are helpful which are geared to your fitness level. This is great for busy people or someone that is trying to develop a workout routine that's not excessive. I haven't tried the hardest levels yet but glad to see that I can work my way there. Finally, I enjoy the little messages they send to keep you motivated.

    Works amazing!!!!! I can't recommend this enough. But in my opinion hard is too easy.maybe it's just because my stanma has increased but when I first started with the beginner thing I was completely out of breath by the end of it but now I can do the hard thing without breaking a sweat this was after a two months of not working out at all. Make it harder!!!!!!

    For a free app, it's pretty good overall. Didn't feel it was really getting me burning calories like I wanted it to - doing Ringfit Adventure proved far more effective with good results. If I spend 20-30 min per exercise, it needs to really focus on muscles and burn calories for me as only have limited time. Doing 1+ hr and getting maybe 20 active far burning just didn't seem worth it in the end. It has helped me find things to fit into my schedule.

    This product is a great fitness app that allows you to set a goal and when you tap on the work out it tells you just how to do it. If you love to exercise this is perfect for you! You dont even need weights! You already know where to find this app and with great deals you can get premium ab workouts! There is a lot of choices, extra info., no adds but you do have to pay for some workouts, it times you, and I dont have money. This has workouts for every muscle and health facts. Fun. Recommended.

    Just over two years ago I weighed 240 pounds at 5' 6". I started exercising by doing push-ups. I also changed my eating habits and have kept out as much sugar as possible. I started to lose some weight but just doing push-ups was getting stale. I found this app and started with the beginner level. Simply followed the app everyday.     Definelty a good app for home workouts. For any new people trying out this app. Don't go too easy on yourself. When I first started, I went easy and saw very little change. Don't workout until you think you're tired. Take a 2 minute break and keep going. Stop being comfortable and work for what you want. Good luck.

    This is the best workout app you will ever get! There is a 7x4 upper body workout which really pushes you past the limit. No equipment needed, just raw body workouts! If u want to get a better health by workouts, this is it. Even if there are some minor drawbacks, ignore and keep doing the exercises regularly, and in time, you will automatically know the changes, and feedback. A 7x4 lower body workout available as well. Been using it for 3 months, completed 7x4 once and now started it again.

This app though is much more practical and does offer a wide range of workouts to activate most area of muscles.     I really like this app, but a few things could be improved for customization. You are able to move a workout up and down in the queue, but you can't copy or delete a workout. A functionality like that would improve the app a lot. There are some workouts I just can't physically do and I would rather copy another workout and put it in its place instead.

    great exercises but a little intimidating to figure out the right workouts for my body goals. I just use the daily workout since it throws in all groups. I would like to see the daily workouts go for close to an hour to really put in some work. additionally for some of the easier exercises I throw in some resistance bands. I am new to working out on my own and look forward to learning a lot. this is a great app just for that... and it's free!

    A great app with a huge variety of exercises. Is not too heavy on ads. What it lacks: I hope they add a full body workout where you use all muscle groups in one workout instead of using one muscle group in one workout, and then doing each muscle group once. Would recommend, especially during corona cuz some gyms are closed.

    The app offers great workouts (beginner is all I've done yet) but it feels like I'm able to do these exercises well. I've been very out of shape for some time. However these workouts feel like they're effective without being too taxing. On top of that they keep track of calories burned and help track your progress. I'm very pleased with this app.

    There's problem , when minimazing the app progress during the workout is restarted. Say i did 11 exercise without fail and i decide to reply a message by opening another app. By the time i got back , it'll tell me to do the exercise again from the start. I mean progress wise its no problem at all but it might be frustrating sometimes

    This is a solid program that can be done at home. There are good plans for all areas of the body with three difficulty levels. This is especially good for anyone that has never worked out (like me). The body resistance exercises are great for tone and early muscle building. I have been using this app for almost 2 years. I have moved on to weights and other routines for most areas, but the ab workouts here are pretty hard to beat and if done 2 or 3 times a week WILL tone your abs.

    Hey leap fitness group, This app is awesome but can have much more features. Endurance section must be added to the list. Also workouts for arms should be added to dumbbell exercises. Also the other section such as cross fit which plays major role also requires the dominant position here.     Great app, especially considering everyone is stuck at home right now. There is a lot that requests payment but you can use it as a daily work out helper without paying. It has a good assortment of exercises for all levels, doesn't require any equipment but you need space and sometimes a wall or doorframe.     Great workout app for being free. Lots of help to learn proper form and I have even learned some new workouts. Unfortunately what's labeled as "full body workout" is really just upper body which is kind of deceiving. It would be better to have a true full body option so I dont have to balance multiple training plans. I also wish there was a way to fine tune excercises to ability, I can't fully complete the pushup days so the last sets are skipped and it feels like a waste.

    Brilliant app. I have always weight trained 3 times a week as well as cardio but when full time home working came up in April and is still going now, I wanted something else to add in I have been using this app since April and it is excellent. When I first did the 4 week challange I did a before and after picture to see if I could notice any difference and I have to say I was really impressed with the change I saw on my chest. Great exercises and you don't need any equipment!

    Excellent app for home work out now a days due to lock down all are at home once I had saw this app on my frd mobile so I decided to download and since last 3-4 months I have been using it and to be very honest it has help me a lot to built up my muscles and stay in good figure only the 1 draw back is that while doing a 28 days challenge it is not mentioned when to take a rest instead all 7×4 days in a week is a work out day. App should work on these issue when to take a rest. Rest all excellent

    You have no chance of giving feedback when a routine is too hard. You can only skip exercises, but that doesn't really help when the exercises get harder and harder and you don't catch up. The feedback you can give after each workout doesn't seem to have any impact.

Honestly the first time they might seem hard to do, but trust me, after the first time it will actually feel good and a lot easier as you go.     Great app. Easy to use and has so much to offer (ie. just upper body workouts, legs only, fullbody, ect.) Alot of feedback from the AI and goals. I have been using it for a few months now since Covid has fitness centers opening and closing. Highly recommend now that my kids have to do P.E online for school I do my 30 min workouts with all 3 of them.

    I have only used the app for a couple of days now, thus I can't yet determine whether it works or not. The workouts are well planned with time for rest. The voice controls are very helpful when not looking at the screen on timed exercises. The exercises are nice. They are tiring and in a nutshell good. They are also very nicely categorised in "Begginer - Intermediate - Advanced" workouts something really appropriated for someone coming of quarentine routine like myself. Expect an update.

    When I made the decision to exercise I came straight to this app. If you are unsure of how to do a certain workout there is an animation and videos to tell you. The coach says tips and information about the exercise you are currently doing. I have gotten visible abs, they are not too clear but if you keep on doing these workouts you WILL get abs and you will get stronger. Great app

    I think it's a good app I haven't seen any results to my body , but if you're looking to keep fit this is a great app it gradually builds you to progress and that's neat , I use the workouts as a warm up before I do my own exercises , so it's great like I said to keep fit but if you want to build muscle and see results you have to alter your diet and do more then just workout from an app , construct your own personal workout , do research learn , which exercise engages what part of the body.

    Everything about this app is great *except* the reminders. This isn't the only workout app I use, and the reminder messages say: "You're body needs energy! It's been X days since you've worked out!" It's actually pretty embarrassing when that pops up, especially when my other trackers record my other exercise. (1) If this could sync with something like FitBit that would be cool (2) If the message could be: "You haven't logged a workout with this app in X days" it'd be less embarrassing.

    I used to be a very good in athletics but after leaving atheletics I never was able to gain weight inspite of eating 4 times a day but since I have started using this application, I can see change in my physique which is a new thing for me.     Great app, I use the free version, works great. I ignore the ads that only pop up at start of the entire workout and at end of the workout. Ads dont appear between exercises. Much better than other paid for app home workout apps.

    Overall very efficient app. Easy to manage and pleasantly coherent. Partial reasoning for that is the voice assistant that helps with pacing, timing, and form. If anything at all, I'd appreciate if the voice assistant gets more improvements and upgrades in regards to its aforementioned traits. TL;DR, great app, lol.

However one thing that I would like to have in this app is the instructions for correct posture as keeping correct posture while working out is most important or we may injure ourselves.     Functions as expected. By sticking to this for just over half of the full body challenge, I've seen positive results. The increase each week can be a bit brutal but you will see results. Four star as some exercises can be difficult and it'd be nice to have alternatives other than skipping them

And this happens even when I don't use the app. And this is so bad because it will enter my old weight data into my Google account. It doesn't even give me a chance to update that weight. I have to look for an alternative now.

    It honestly gives you a good workout and it does a great job making the different levels (that being beginner, intermediate, and advanced) clearly more challenging the higher you go.     Don't do it I bought premium a few months ago to remove ads and have full access. they recently switched to a $10 a month model and didn't grandfather me in. No way this is worth 10 bucks a month. Robot voice and no real instructions period it worked good for me because I'm a former Marine and know all the exercises. Honestly I feel pretty scammed.

    Changed rating from 5 to 1 star. Earlier version had more workouts accessible. You had to either watch an ad or pay onetime fee to remove ads. Now there's a monthly subscription based model. Since I already paid one time fee to remove ads and access all the standard content I no longer have the option to view ads. This is cheating since the dev already charged me to remove ads and has now removed the ability to view workouts without subscription.

    Why cant I get my workout progress back when I sync it to google fit. I had to format my phone after I did 6 days of the workout. Now I synced it back again to google fit account. It said "welcome back" but no workout progress was restored. I had to go back to square one. Ps: I actually like this app. Its useful, but i gave 1 star so that someone looks into it.

Free app. Many option and all level of excercise Videos, not automatic though, you have to open them by yourself. THE BAD Simple animation without many details. To open a video you have to do it manually. Ads. Computerized voice. BOTTOM LINE The app is smart and works good, but in my opinion is overrated.

    Good app. The workout routine seem a bit unbalanced. Some routines are EXTREMELY easy with no reps. The pushup workouts seem disproportionately difficult, requiring you to do 60+ reps of different push up variations for people who can do 10 push ups max at a time (which is funny because I was asked how many push ups I can do and I entered 10). The app is good. But you should hire a proper trainer... Or someone who have worked out before

    It's good, and I just completed the 7x4 Full Body challenge. However, I wish there could be more progressively difficult excercises to do past 4 weeks, but it sadly ends once the 4 weeks are up for the Full Body Challenge. Honestly, the Full Body Challenge needs to be longer.

During lockdown I installed the app and I used it for two months and when I finally got out of the house my friends actually asked me, how did you gain muscles instead of getting fat 😂 and that's when I told them about the awesome app💪 Keep up the good work 👍😁😄

    It was great pleasure using this app. Mainly calendar📆 based. Which day you skipped work out. I feel happy. In corona pandemic situation i used this app. While using this app it feels like am getting more and more energy⚡⚡ becoming more energetic and so active. Price is bit high but workout from home... This is the best 👍💯
