As a personal trainer, I would highly recommend this app to someone who does not have the time or means to join a conventional gym. I have seen the gains personally by using this app myself, therefore I speak with experience. Stupid ads sometimes pop up, but it does not detract from the value of this app.


The app is very usefull, good sets of exercises, poper explaining and unlike many other apps it doesn't encurage the user to do exercises that can cause injuries. It corrects the user to keep a healthy posture and practise the exercises in the correct manner to get the best out of the exercises. Would recommend 5 out of 5


I have been using this app from last one week and doing the exercise twice every day. With this app, you get a trainer in your hand and your home becomes a gym. I can see my arms and chest developing. Ensure sticking to healthy diet and sleep.

Amazing app! Easy to use for beginners our advanced, and it has a progressive plan to take you to the next level. It's extremely easy to use, and the exercises are well distributed. There are ads at the beginning and ending of a workout, but they're short 5 second ads to support to creator, not intrusive at all.


I might not be a fitness expert, but a beginner full body routine should not only consist of push-ups, I'm sure. The first two weeks of the monthly challenge had a impressive array of exercises, but after that, it's 15 exercises per day all "different" gimmicky push-ups. Also, the ads, come on. Unreal.


The timed ads are annoying but its free and i love the exercises. I've used it for over a year now hundreds of times. I do wish you could adust the voice volume within the app so you could make it lower relative to other music apps and stuff. I also wish that you could swap between 2 workouts at once or that the "full body" incorporated legs. Additionally there are no bicep or forearm workouts.


It is a very good app for your daily home workout.


So I had been wanting to start a routine every day and get into the habit of exercise. I never had a more helpful app with this. I cant afford a gym and often dont have time for much but I can do this at home whenever I get the time and it makes the workout feel less like a chore and more appealing. Love the choices and once I start one of the workouts I cant stop.

Love this app, its quite simples to understand, they have gifs with the char doing the movement so you get into it quite fast, dont know how much effective it will be but it feels good to start the one month challenge and be able to do everything. I hate going to the gym for a number of reasons. If you're like me then you'll probably love this app. Beginner, Intermediate and Advanced levels of body weight exercises (hand weights optional) that at least make you sweat. Organized sequences with timers or reps make it super easy. I want to feel good and lose the dad bod now that I'm in my forties. This app is getting me there. Hopefully it will for you, too!

It's great it's a completely free app, no ads and it's also full of really great workout routines I had always wanted to start getting in better shape but I had no equipment and didn't want to just do pushups, squats, and situps. This app just gives you really good workout routines completely for free and if you ask me I think that's a very respectable thing to do when they could easily charge you for this. Also, it'll help to increase the core strength. For which either we have to move / go to Gym.


This app has been very helpful. It is not hard to follow. I have started out at the beginner level. The first week was very hard for my unhealthy body. It was so hard that i had to start again. But with it being a computer it did not judge me on quitting and restarting. The only problem i have is in the later weeks someone has programmed in a very hard exercise at the end of the sessions. I have to check the workout before hand and move the push up and twist to the top or i will not get done


Great application! Easy to do exercices. They have an explanation for each individual exercice if you are confused. There is a timer to help you keep track. Each individual workout has a simple strategy of few exercices that repeats in cycle. So if you ever want to do more its easy to add as well


The push up routine in the full workout 4 weeks training is insane. I can't keep up with it while I can keep up with the other routines. Other than that, this is a great app to stay fit with only 15 mins a day. I can definitely tell the difference on my 4th week.


I'm 55. Member of health club but don't work out there b/c it takes too much time. Looked for home workout app to eliminate such excuse. Saw this app & tried it to create momentum. It's now my daily routine since 10/16:Quick, basic workout at home B4 work each morning. I feel good. More energy, less nagging aches & pains from lack of movement. I appreciate this app & recommend it to anyone like me looking to jump-start an exercise routine.


3 months in and I'm loving this app! I've seen nothing but results and felt very satisfied after the 4x7 routines are done. I probably wont uninstall this app for a very long time, or till I've outgrown the potential of its routines , but I doubt that will happen. Good job to the designers team, I've not hurt myself from over doing my workout as long as I've kept it my limitations. Muscle growth is constant and I really like the 3 day interval to allow for repair and rest.


Just noticed the dates for this month are ahead by one day... a slip up or laziness? All in all, a decent app that takes the mundane and turns it into a timer. This has helped me a lot after being recommended to it from a friend. Thank you! (btw, we all get a little overworked/lazy/overwhelmed, no worries. But hey, if you could fix that. lol. I pooped myself a little.)


Very nice but it needs more exercises


I just downloaded this app a few days ago and I already believe it is great, there is barely any ads, all the exercises are ones that can be complete at a gym OR home, no equipment needed, and itll keep track of roughly how much calories you've burned, and what I believe is the most rewarding is their 7x4 challenge, they ask how experienced you are and form the monthly workout to your standards, it is overall a great app, if you're looking to get fit, this app is not a bad start at all!


This app is just perfect for home workout. You don't need to waste time on making schedules or searching for exercises, the app does that for you! The app increases the intensity really quick, but that's ok for me. I've starting to see results in just 3 weeks especially in my abs and chest. There is only one thing they could add is to write the muscle targets in the description of every exercise.


Developers ignore all feedback. This app is really useful for getting in shape without any equipment or having to go anywhere near a gym. However, there's always room for improvement, & I see lots of very good suggestions for tweaks in review feedback, which the developers simply ignore with a generic reply 'give us 5 stars to incentivize us' . It's clear they're not interested. Ironically, I'd probably give a 5* review if the developers showed a willingness to take suggestions on board...


Good app. If you're willing to put in the effort, the app will help get you there. I do the 30 day challenge and it keeps me wondering what the next day workout will be. Best part is no weights, comfort of your own home and it isn't and your long session. Add other workout if you are not challenged enough.


Amazing app. Gives you loads of sets of exercise at any level. Very clear. It also has lots of stretches to stop your muscles aching. The only downside is that the calories it says you burn are quite high which doesn't seem right. If you look at the top critical review, none of that is a problem with me. I still recommend it if you want to lose weight.


This is a great and super handy app for building stiffness and staying fit especially for those who are not capable to go to gym or have time management issues. For me there is a single drawback... there is no "sign up" methodology to save my previous workouts... everytime I buy a new phone or reinstall the app I just start from the beginning... To me this is a real "user experience pooper" for such a great app!!


I would say it depends on the ads that you get that dictate whether or not it crashes the app. There is a hidden section in the settings all the way at the bottom that you can pay a one time fee of $2.99 to get rid of ads permanently which I would recommend to everyone. If you enjoy the app and don't want to get annoyed with ads crashing it and being a nuisance then pay at least this fee. The content of workouts is great. Looking to see if it's worth going premium.


Most useful app on the internet. I am a teenager who seats all the day on couch . I started this app since 10 days and i can see the changes like my viens are popping little less fat on belly etc. I have the patience i will complete the entire app and then i will share my transformation. I know it takes at least few months

Pretty nice workouts. I haven't really done exercise since I was a kid and this app really helps out with starting at a "not fit at all" level. One thing I ask is that you add when to breathe in the beginners workouts, because as a beginner I had to search up a few tips for when to inhale/exhale. Either that or add a video explaining how breathing in exercise works.


Honestly some of the workouts are a bit easy and some are a bit hard for their level however i enjoy the challenge (this can vary depending on YOU). I have been able to work out almost everyday thanks to the notification. The system in general is nice there is a voice that consistently tell you what to do and when to do it, also motivates you with little quotes during the exercise lol They also have a wide range of exercise(with and without weights), streching, etc. Overall a good app


I love this app so much, i literally couldn't do anything but after seeing how athletic people were i wasn't satisfied with myself I wanted to get stronger so i got this app and now I'm physically fit for anything and with the work outs i do I love pushing myself to go more harder PS: I started using this app the summer I was going into freshman year and now my sophomore year, seems short but I worked out so much pushing myself to do my best and knowing I could do it so can everyone else


I have a few complaints about this app, pretty much all of which are centered on the seven by four program. The seven by four program is a program where you work out 7 days a week for 4 weeks. The problems regarding this apps version of the plan is that it does not incorporate legs at all, is far too difficult for certain muscle groups as opposed to others, and as you working certain groups to failure every 3 days. Nowhere near balanced in any way shape or form.


Can't turn off ads unless I pay more than an Audible subscription every month! What a rip-off. I'd happily pay $15 once (still a huge amount for a phone app), but this is not okay :( I only use the app if I absolutely cannot motivate myself or am too tired to think of my routine, and find myself falling out of fitness. It's otherwise a nice app. I just wish I didn't have to deal with demotivating advertising BS either end of every workout.


As far as i used it 5 days in a row - 5 days - 5* Was harder to get rid of my lazy half ๐ŸŒ— Will keep on doing it! Will do all challenges!!! Always do a short 3-5 min jog running ๐Ÿƒ to worm up - recommend (not very good at marathon distances) After all free features will be completed will know buy it for sure! For now good enough for a busy weekday no matter when and even my 6 years old ninja boy joins me!!! Thank you!

Been a while since I had a full exercise schedule. On day one but I like that the exercises can be done without equipment and are systematically set up with an option of laying out whichever sequence one would prefer. More as I continue to workout...Otherwise so far so good


I've been using this app for a few months and i love. But for some reason the calendar on the app is not the same as the real date. For ex: i live in florida and it is 11/15/2019( Friday) the is showing 11/15/2019(Saturday). Weird.


Needs 2 major upgrades (based on full body workout) 1 only indicator for difficulty is number of pushups for a full body workout. Would be nice to have a few indicators for different muscle groups because some days are incredibly difficult while others are a breeze. 2 needs to have a way to customize / eliminate certain exercises that I can't do many or any of (supine pushups) or just hate (inchworms) and substitute with another that works the same groups.


Fantastic for in home workout, all you need is a chair/bench or something similiar, but u can always skip those exercises if you dont want to do it, recommend doing multiple work outs, very beginner friendly, if something is too hard, for example a push up, do knee push ups untill you can work your way towards it, if your not sweating, that means you need to go to the intermediate or advanced, I'm starting off with all the beginner ones first, also theres videos on every work out


it is not possible to tell the app I've done a workout list myself without going through the animations and timings and etc... so I have to fast forward so many steps by clicking next next next... or otherwise the next day I won't be able to get a new list of exercises. So developers want me to stick to my phone during all the steps. That's boring to me. This app has many features that I like but this problem serves as a real buzzkill to me.


Simple and it works. Only thing I wonder is if I am supposed to set reminders to match my proposed workout schedule but this is really minor. Great for keeping up with routine even in a hotel room!!!! Update - notice developers not intereated in feedback to improve. Means any issues or complaints not likely to be dealt with. Too bad - looked at reviews as I was waffling about making purchase to unlock workouts.


I downloaded this app months ago and kept procrastinating to start. However after going to the park some days ago, I found it on my phone and after opening it just to have a look, I started. I have taken on a 28 day challenge and will review this to a new challenge once completed. This app will be like your coach and will not start heavy. It will start gently and you tell it how you are feeling and it will adjust your program accordingly. Take it one day at a time and you will not look back.

It is a great app that has taken me to new levels, but it would be great if they had a full body challenge 7ร—4 number 2, 3, 4 and 5, and that each challenge will buildon the previous one.

Calendar is not correct. It is logging my workouts for the wrong days. Too many ads and the only way to remove ads is to pay $9.99 a month... Every other app you can just make one payment to remove ads. Seems as though this developer is greedy. And yes you do get other things for the monthly sub, but why not make ads a separate one time purchase? Would make 5 stars if calendar was fixed and ads were a one time purchase to get rid of.


If you say this app doesn't work, it's either you haven't tried it or you're the very inconsistent type. But please developers just do more research on the needs of people. Not everyone really needs a 6 pack, some just need to burn fat in specific areas. I've recommended this app to a lot of people who are now current users, but you know, majority say they need to burn chest fat and I've confirmed that the chest training session on the app doesn't do that, as effectively. Please reply me.

Great app! Easy way to get your morning workouts in, or just use a guided workout sessions to warm up for a heavier exercise - there are beginner, intermediate and advanced level workouts to match body goals or/and desired workout intensity. I also like how stretching and breaks are incorporated. I'm about to use a beginner chest workout for a warm up right now!

I like the app, im by all means a begginner, and while te exercises are challenging they are doable for me. I like that there are very clear instructions for me to follow and videos if i dont understand, the ads are kept to a minimum and i really appreciate the mid-workout tips, all in all, this is a good app for me and ill continue using it 5*

It is very useful and effective. Most interestingly, it specifies areas of interest. Any part you want to develop has a special training programme design for it. Also, it functions even when offline except you want to discover something new. The application is simply nice. Good work!


Great app for a 49 year old desk jockey who is terribly out of shape. Targeted exercises that you can do at home with what you have in the house. Minimal advertising does not interfere with using the app.


I've been using the app consistently and the workouts are short but make you sweat. It has ads but you can work around them andbit doesn't freez. Overall a well developed app that can help you reach your fitness goal.
