Only for tickets, useless. Needs remote control features to be useful. Itarian needs to up their game.

In bad need of additional features besides just a ticket manager. All of the core functionality of ITarian is missing and badly needed by the community. This app also doesn't get updated nearly as often as it should be. The last update was over 8 months ago. Very disappointing.

Just a ticket manager. You're better off getting email alerts. Solarwinds would be a great comparison. Solarwinds offers device management, remote desktop, etc. If Itarian can implement those features, it would be far more useful.

App doesnt work properly. I have a valid account I use regularly with a browser on the European server. Doesnt allow login, says staff not found. If I use the wrong password purposefully it tells me as such so it knows the account exists. I'd love to use this app if it worked but I can find no documentation on that error message.

This app currently only allows for ticket management. It would be fantastic if it supported device and patch management, so that I could run procedures and deploy software on the go. ITarian / Comodo team, I highly recommend you add this functionality.

Just created account than downloaded the app as directed. HOWEVER I TOO AM UNABLE TO LOG/SIGN IN on app to continue any further. (USA) I will change my review after developer addresses the issue and I have been able to actually use the service and experience whether it actually provides security patches that are DESPERATELY NEEDED. (SEPT 7th 2017 - regarding Blueborne - on Samsung Galaxy J7 Crown.

App works but I honestly don't use the ticket system. Would be nice to have the desktop remote in this app

Should have other MSP options. Atleast remote desktop & Patch Mangement Options Should be there. Hope You Guys Will Add Soon Other Options Still Great Effort.

Only manage service ticket, cannot manage devices and endpoint, hope future update can add other applications like the web veesion

Cannot log in, keep getting 'DB not found' on European server and 'user not found' on the US one.
