Hello to sterling team. I have found a very important logical bug in calculating the profit. As you use the moving average cost price and the profit is calculated on the base of this average cost price. The logical error occurs when we receive items two times or more than two times. Below i give you example: Suppose you have entered an item named "glass protector" with sale price 25 Now we are going to purchase it first time: Cost price. Qnt. Total cost 20. 40. 800 Now suppose that i purchase this item from another vendor at the rate of 30 per piece Cost price. Qnt. Total cost 30 60. 1800 Now after these two purchases i have total quantity: 100 and we update the sale price to "35" Now we calculate the cost price of"glass protector" by using moving average formula as you used in ireap (Old CP* Old stock)+(New CP*New Stock)/(old stock+ new stock) Cost price =26 Now we do our first sale transaction: Item. Qnt. SalePrice. TotalAmount Glass. 80. 35. 2800 Now calculate the profit: Total sale price - total cost price 2800. - 2080 Profit = 720 Now i am going to find actual profit without using this formula i-e manually As during the sale we buy 80 glass protectors. It means that first 40 glass protectors from first purchase(i-e at the cost of 20 per piece) and other 40 from the 2nd purchase(i-e at the cost of 30 per piece) It means total cost is: (20 *40) +(30*40) =2000 And total sale amount is 35 * 80 = 2800 Now the profit = 2800- 2000= 800 This profit comes if we take cost price per piece as 25 The actual profit is 800 but ireap shows 720. The moving average formula is not appropriate here. You yourself try some use cases and you will understand that what i am saying is right.

The praise of this app is less than that.I will thank your team who has worked so hard to make it. I downloaded and used a lot of apps but did not find any better than this. There is no better way to understand the basics of software for business accounting. And so everything is free. The best app in Playstore, they are seen later, just keep trying, and this app is one of them.

Good app and users friendly. I think there is something that need to add or change, item name must be highlighted or be a bold font one than code name. Product code must be included in product manager adding new item section. Filtering in one or more option are much easier to seek than focusing only on item name description.

its okay already except the export local function is not quite right. the format of the file is CSV but when we open the "CSV", not kind of what csv table looked like. _ _ _ _ The share report to google drive is actually what the real csv looked like except it is missing the extension ".csv" so we have to rename it manually in the google drive then download it to our phone to be able to open it like normally.

Good and simple apps to use. My only concern is it keeps inputing a discount automatically everytime you want to make a sales, so you have to delete it each time. If you could remove this bug that would be very helpful.

Its already good, but it will be perfect if the "settings and parameters" menu can be lock with password. so there is no one can change the settings like clear all data, import data or export data except the owner can ..
