Yeah so your app is screwing up again. I can't seem to login to my account anymore. It claims to be "syncing accounts" and for some reason is not loading anything after, even while I wait for 10-20+ minutes. It asks for my verification which has never done that prior, and despite it all working it still follows the same page of "syncing accounts". Please help me as this is the second time in several months not allowing me to login and manage my banking. 0/10 stars until a solution has been found

This app has so many bugs. Everytime I try to change the bill pay, transfer money, or deposit a check I have to go into the app multiple times over a few days to try and get it to work. Love the credit union but they need to figure this app out and fix it. Almost irritating enough to switch credit unions. Don't recommend at all

For the most part this app is accessible, but when not connected to wifi, the verification process makes the app completely inaccessible. Without a text confirmation code, I am forced to close the app to access the code, which promptly returns me to the IQ login page. EDIT: Despite team response this is still not fixed. Make text confirmation an option!!!

I love this app!! Clean format, straightforward and very user friendly. iQ Credit Union is awesome. My neighborhood branch is convenient, the people that work there always friendly and helpful. My husband died on Christmas day and Sarah has made getting accounts settled and offering helpful suggestions. Her empathy is a rarity when dealing with most financial institutions and I am so grateful for all of her help and support. I definitely recommend iQ Credit Union and their Mobile App!!

Decent app to see what you need overall. Just doesn't make any sense how you can't transfer from your easy saver to where ever you'd please but overall it's hard to complain. Although changing that feature should be easy for them to do. Also it's annoying how they always need to verify if it's me when it's the same damn phone I've always had and at random they're make me verify myself.

Truly a terrible mobile banking experience, glitchy and very basic. This is a reinstall and it freezes on the blank white screen that would be where you'd enter a password ..but there's a zoom button which won't let you zoom back out, as if zooming in is a feature you'd need at all? It shows that this credit union doesn't invest in the technology at all.

So far, the budgeting part of the app is not great. You can't edit your budgeting (what's the point of budgeting directly from your account if you can't easily categorize transactions from your phone to keep it up to date?). The "email support" button doesn't even work.
